The property

Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan, situated just a stone’s throw away from the stunning 3-mile golden sand Perranporth Beach.

This spaciously modern, open-plan caravan with full double glazing throughout has a large lounge diner with wraparound sofas, incorporating the double sofa bed should you need it.

We have provided a 32” TV for your entertainment and there is a corner dining table with ample seating.

Very effective plinth heaters heat the caravan in all of the bedrooms and there is also a gas fire in the lounge. The galley-style kitchen comes fully equipped and includes a full size gas oven, grill and hob, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle, and full crockery and cutlery sets. At the far end of the caravan are three good sized bedrooms.

The master has a double bed with full length wardrobes.

Each of the twin bedrooms has 2 single beds and their own wardrobes.

The caravan features two separate WCs.

One is fitted with a shower cubicle and large storage space.

Outside we have provided a picnic bench and there are off road parking spaces adjacent to the caravan. We have chosen a lovely quiet pitch at Pentreath View which is close to the entrainment complex and only a two minute walk to the stunning beach. Location: The Holiday Park is perfect for families, friends and couples alike.

This 4 star Haven holiday park boasts a large entertainment complex consisting of a large heated indoor swimming pool with a water slide and adjoining outdoor heated lazy river, plus a separate outdoor swimming pool.

It also has a large arcade, children's soft play area and Haven’s famous night time entertainment. There are also several children's play parks, outdoor 5-a-side sports court, mini adventure golf, bungee trampolines, family bike hire, climbing wall and arts and crafts centre, along with many other bookable (chargeable) activities. You have many eateries to enjoy during your stay too, including the Surf Bay restaurant, Papa John’s, Cooks fish and chips along with Slim Chickens, not forgetting a drink at the sports bar. Additional Information: This is a dog friendly caravan, but due to the increase in cleaning charges this creates we do charge an additional fee of £45 per dog (max 2) per booking. We provide all duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors.

However, we do ask that you provide your own bed linen. Booking Information: We would be delighted to accept your booking, either through UKcaravans4hire (please see their booking terms and fees) or through ourselves directly. Our own booking terms mean you can secure your date with a non-refundable deposit of ÂŁ100 per week.

The remaining balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Our preferred method of payment is bank transfer. Please Note: Entertainment Passes are NOT included in the price of your booking, but these can be purchased (subject to availability) direct from Haven online in advance of your stay, or via the Reception desk on your arrival.

About the location

PERRANPORTH

Newquay 9 miles; Truro 9.5 miles.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. A perfect holiday base in Cornwall, with an abundance of activities to suit everyone.
