“This was the 2nd year we have stayed here & the location is great.”

Only a minutes walk to the shop, restaurant, arcades etc. Caravan very clean. Only downfall of its location is the zero phone signal inside the van, would definitely benefit from wifi, as could then use the apps on the tv also. Has lots of DVDs on offer but couldnt get the player to work unfortunately. Communication from Steve was great, thanks again for a lovely stay!

“Well didn’t really know what to expect as I usually book through Haven, this time went for private caravan and I definitely was not disappointed everything was outstanding, great location on the park and full wrap round veranda very private, couldn’t find anything to complain about this caravan is well looked after to high standard, I left it exactly how I was given it spotless no issue at all.”

The communication I had with the owner Steve was ???? great and friendly I’m hoping to book it in July next year for my Husbands 50th as we enjoy Perranporth again a Holiday we enjoyed, thanks again for accommodating us Steve look forward to Rebooking with you Jenny

If you are looking for a modern high end caravan with wrap around decking on a great pitch then look no further than our super Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 3 bedroom 6 berth which is a wonderful choice for families, friends and couples alike and makes the perfect holiday destination at any time of the season.

This spaciously modern caravan has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout as well as its own private parking bay and French Doors leading out onto its large wrap around deck that looks out onto the sand dunes, perfect for those lazy summer days.

It also comes with an access ramp so if you have young children in prams or buggies there are no steps to negotiate and the gate helps to keep everybody safe. We have chosen a lovely quiet part of the park called Holywell Bay which is just a short walk to the entertainment complex, shops, bars and restaurants that this wonderful 4 star Haven site has to offer and only a 5 minute walk through the park to one of the premier beaches in Cornwall 'Perran Bay' with its 3 mile stretch of beautiful golden sands. This is a modern caravan and at 38ft x 12ft can easily accommodate up to 6 people, the master bedroom has an en-suite and there is also a good sized family shower room / WC.

In the spacious living area you will find two free standing sofas, a coffee table with pull out stools and a 32 inch TV/DVD combi along with a selection on movies.

There is a dinning table that seats six just opposite the open plan kitchen which is fully fitted and well equipped with a microwave on the peninsula unit, a full size oven with 4 burner gas hob and a large full size fridge and separate freezer. Outside on the decking you will find a nice Rattan furniture set (cushions stored under the double bed) which is accessed via the French doors in the Lounge and faces directly onto the sand dunes. In order to keep our prices as low as possible guests will be required to bring your own bed linen with you, we do however provide all duvets and pillows along with mattress and pillow protectors.

We let this caravan on a Saturday to Saturday basis with a check in time from 4.00pm and a check out time of no later than 10.00AM.

Short stays of a minimum of 3 nights will be considered outside of the school holiday dates subject to availability. I am happy to accept well behaved dogs in this caravan for an additional charge of £50 per dog per booking (max 2 dogs). Please note that you are booking a Stay Vacation (caravan only) and entertainment passes are not included in the price.

Play Passes can be purchased online in advance of your stay or from reception on arrival subject to availability if required and are sold on a first come first served basis.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. A perfect holiday base in Cornwall, with an abundance of activities to suit everyone.
