    “Absolutely lovely caravan and location right on the edge of sand dunes.”

    Not far (10 minutes wander) from the main area where the shop and activities are located. Fiona responded quickly to our messages upon arrival and we had a brilliant week staying there. There's a rattan set outside with cushions which is a suntrap throughout the day until late afternoon. Overall we have had an amazing week and highly recommend it.

The property

Your holiday home is situated in Piran Point cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Perran Sands, you are a 10 minute stroll form the main hub of Haven and 5 minutes from the beach through the sand dunes behind the caravan, surrounded by the sand dunes in this beautiful location, its a recipe for a relaxing break. There is a little grassed island area within the centre of the cul-de-sac, with swings for the little and big ones to play, whilst you sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet but able to keep an eye out.

And just outside the cul-de-sac to your left is a gateway to adventure and history.

The original St Piran Church is just a little walk away and is just a little bit of history to take from this beautiful place. The caravan has full decking around with access via a ramp, with table and chairs situated on the patio area of the decking, along with a picnic table on the grassed area next to the caravan for those lovely summer evenings, solely for your use, still leaving plenty of space for parking. Please note prices do not include bed linen but quilts and pillows are provided.

Play passes can be purchased in advance of your holiday via Haven directly. Although dates are listed from Saturday to Saturday, during off peak periods, long weekends/weeks could be considered/available.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. A perfect holiday base in Cornwall, with an abundance of activities to suit everyone.
