The property

14 Foxhole, Trevella is a 2 bedroomed caravan with additional pull out bed in the lounge area.

It is in the heart of the site, close all the amenities of the holiday park.

A large gated decking area to the side of the van creates a wonderful area to enjoy the sun in the afternoon and alfresco dining.

Table and chairs are provided.

The caravan benefits from allocated parking for 2 vehicles.

The caravan will sleep 6 people, with a double master bedroom, a twin room and a fold out double bed in the lounge.

The master bedroom has an ensuite toilet and wash basin and a dressing area/walk-in wardrobe.

There is a main bathroom with walk-in shower..

The living area is bright and cosy.

It has a dining table as well as 6 seater sofa, flame effect electric fire with a Smart TV over.

WIFI is available.

The lounge area looks out onto a wide grassed area toward the fishing lakes. There is a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave, gas cooker with grill, kettle and toaster.

Bed linen and towels (but not beach towels) are supplied, along with a welcome pack containing local produce.

The site has a heated outdoor pool (from May until mid September), paddling pool, crazy golf, play areas, arcade and shop.

There are also 2 fishing lakes on site and a nature trail.

There is a 40 minute walk through countryside to Crantock beach, or it is accessible by 5 minute car drive, with paid parking available. Families and couples are welcome; this is a quiet family site and is not suitable for Stag/Hen groups.

It is close enough to Newquay to take advantage of all that busy seaside town's amenities, but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle. NO smoking or vaping is allowed in the caravan or on the decking. Please note that the availability of the facilities on site are the responsibility of Park Holidays and we therefore have no control over their availability.

About the location

CRANTOCK

Newquay 4.5 miles.

Crantock is a small village on the Atlantic Coast with a beautiful beach served by a National Trust car park. Being just a short drive to the popular resorts of Newquay and Perranporth, if you want to escape the crowds yet still be close to the action, this is the place to be. There's stunning countryside all around and lots of pretty villages to explore. However, the majestic coastline is the main
event. Enjoy superb walks along the coastal path over dramatic cliff-tops, or magnificent surfing on beaches stretching from Watergate Bay in the North, to Fistral Beach in the centre of Newquay, and on down the coast to Chapel Porth and Gwithian. There are a number of golf courses in the area, as well as a host of National Trust properties, traditional pubs and outstanding restaurants.
Newquay itself is a visitor's paradise with a wide variety of shops, attractions, pubs and restaurants aplenty, plus a modern cinema complex. Connection wise, being a short distance off the main A30 means access by car is easy, and Newquay Train Station and Newquay Airport are close by. Being centrally located in mid-Cornwall, you are ideally placed to explore farther afield with
Truro, Falmouth, Padstow, Fowey, The Eden Project, Charleston Harbour, St.Ives and St. Michael’s Mount all under an hour away.
