“Having just had a fantastic family holiday in this beautiful accommodation, we highly recommend choosing Carol and Mick’s holiday home.”

It’s a perfect base for exploring Newquay/Cornwall. We all felt super comfortable and at home and it met our needs as a family of five, perfectly (three older teenage children in tow). It’s equipped with everything that you could need, plenty of space and storage and is also in a lovely peaceful spot on the resort. Wi-Fi at the accommodation is fantastic which was a big tick for the kids! It’s decorated and finished with a luxurious and very homely feel just as the photos suggest. The decking and comfortable garden furniture/sun loungers were great for family evenings around the bbq, especially during the Boardmasters festival. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we wouldn’t hesitate to choose you again when next holidaying in the area. Many happy memories have been made!

It felt like a home from home, it was so clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication was great and nothing was too much trouble for Mick and Carol. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for luxury accommodation in a beautiful part of Cornwall.

“We have just had a wonderful week away in this van.”

The owners, (Carol and Mick) were so attentive and gave us so much useful information before we arrived. This caravan is stunning and very high spec, it has everything you could possibly need. It's spacious with lots of storage, and has great WiFi, the decking area is huge with comfortable sun loungers and a lovely rattan corner sofa and table to eat outside, we were fortunate enough to be the first to use their new gas barbecue. The grass area surrounding the van is a great size, which the kids loved to play on. The outside tap was also a bonus to wash the sand of your feet after a day at the beach. It's in a great position near lots of beautiful beaches.

“We have left today and we will most definitely book again.”

We are a family to four with a 6 year old and 4 year old boys. The accommodation and attention to detail is amazing Carol and Mike have clearly thought of everything. The standard of accommodation is fantastic and a real home from home and we had a very comfortable stay. The caravan is spacious and there is lots of space around the caravan so our boys had plenty of space to burn off energy. There is also plenty of storage in the caravan so all belonging can be stowed away and there are plenty of hangers which is always a real positive. The washing machine, iron and ironing board were also a real lifesaver with our boys after sandy days at the beach. The outside space and furniture was great for a lovely family meals when the sun was shining. Carol and Mick were extreme attentive and checked in throughout the week to ensure we were OK and able to locate everything we needed. The location is great a short drive or walk to the beach, The site itself we had visited before as we have family with a caravan so new what to expect re. facilities. Our boys really enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pool and there are two small parks they enjoyed. We stayed during Boardmasters so I would say that it was busier than normal and traffic was a factor to consider when planning days out. It definitely did not dampen our stay and in fact on the evenings we sat out and listened to the music and soaked in the atmosphere from afar on the decking whilst the boys slept. We would recommend accommodation as we had a 5* experience.

The van is fabulous and a definite home from home. We sunbathed on the beautiful sun loungers on the veranda enjoying the beautiful countryside. Very peaceful and very spacious. Carol was amazing from the start providing us with lots of information. We will 100% be back very soon.

“This caravan is stunning!”

And probably one of the best we have stayed in yet it has such a home from home feeling! And everything you need It was our first time to Cornwall and this caravan just made our holiday even better all the beds were super comfy! It has a dishwasher, washing machine and also free WiFi and also a lovely little welcome hamper. It is spacious with lots of storage and a large decking area with a comfy outdoor seating area with nothing infront but a large green area ideal if you have children! and also looking to your left you have a lovely view of the country side where you can see the cows and sheep. Personally I would say this is the best spot on the site it is quiet and peaceful and just overall a lovely place to stay and great location. The site itself is also lovely with an outdoor and indoor swimming pool and entertainment. Excellent communication from Carol from start to finish. We are already looking to come back next year. Thankyou Carol and Mick for letting us stay in your beautiful holiday home :) xx

“I don't know where to start, this holiday home was the best we have ever stayed in, it is absolutely stunning , spotless and lots and lots of room with fantastic storage.”

We were all totally blown away upon walking in! The home is showroom perfect we really didn't want to leave. Everything you need is supplied and a lovely welcome pack with local goodies to enjoy . The beds were all super comfy, the dishwasher, washing machine and the free WiFi were great added extras. The park site is also lovely, swimming pools and a great club. As others state I feel its on the best location on the park, its quiet and with a big piece of green next to it for the children to play on. I honestly wish I could give you more than 5* as it certainly warrants it. Excellent communication from Carol from start to finish and bond returned quickly. Thankyou for most amazing holiday and we can not wait to return xxx

“Me and my partner have recently spent a couple of days here, and I am lost for words with how lovely this stay was, the home had all the amenities you could want and more, and felt so warm and cozy as if you were at home.”

The accommodation was set on the most spacious and in my opinion best plot on the site, and the site itself had plenty to do if you wanted to stay in for the day with leisure activities etc onsite. Overall a really lovely couple of days away, and thank you so much Carol and Mick for sharing your winter get away with the rest of us!

“Wow! What a gorgeous home away from home.”

.. we had a fabulous stay and have made many memories as a family with our 18 month old daughter this week. Thank you Mick and Carol for being great hosts - there was everything you think you need and more provided which made our lives super easy as we arrived just before our daughter's bedtime the first night! Although this is a busy site, you feel a million miles away from anyone on this pitch, there is so much space around this van where our daughter could play safely. All amenities you could think of right on your doorstep and not too far away from the beach either. We head to Cornwall a couple of times a year, every year and going forward this will be the only place we'll stay, like I said; home away from home! The best place I've stayed in Cornwall... I've paid much more for far less! We can't wait to be back soon!

“This caravan is absolutely stunning and exceeded all my expectations.”

It feels a really special and luxurious place to stay. The bed was super comfortable, I slept better than I do at home. Everything you could need was supplied, even down to the beautiful locally made hand wash & lotion. The caravan even has wi-fi which was a great added bonus. The van is on a fantastic plot on the site, probably the best plot on the site in my opinion! So peaceful and private! The views of the countryside are lovely and the sunsets & sunrises are fab! We were even left a lovely little welcome box filled with goodies. I could go on & on but this was definitely the best holiday in a caravan I’ve ever had! I think I could have moved in! I can’t wait to go back :) Thank you, Carol!
