The property

The caravan is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on a quiet part of the resort.

The resort is close to beaches and a short drive to Newquay town. In the living room, there is a 42 inch smart TV, an electric fireplace and dining area.

There is also a sofa bed tucked away in the sofa storage compartment which is a small double bed (all bedding provided).

There are board games for you and your friends/family to enjoy. The living room has patio doors which open up to the decking area where there is garden furniture ...

this area is a perfect sun trap! There is heating throughout the caravan. In the main bathroom there is a toilet, shower and sink and there is also an en-suite bathroom connected to the main bedroom which has a toilet and sink. The caravan can sleep a maximum of 6 guests: The main bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, an en suite (toilet and sink), wardrobes (including hangers), and drawers so plenty of storage.

There is a TV in this bedroom where you can stream BBC Iplayer etc. The second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe (with some child hangers in) and additional storage above the bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need during your stay including child's tableware and cutlery. Some cleaning products, hand wash, a tea towel and oven glove are provided. The caravan has its own WiFi. Towels and bedding provided. Tea, coffee and milk provided for your arrival. Private parking space right next to the caravan Really peaceful setting within walking distance to the site facilities and only 0.5 miles from Porth beach, and less than 2 miles from the center of Newquay. Please note this is a family resort and not suitable for groups who are coming to Newquay to party! There are strict quiet times between 11pm - 9am.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
