This is our beautiful static caravan at Newquay Bay Resort, near Porth, Cornwall, which is available for hire during the summer holidays 2025 and 2026.
The caravan:
This privately owned family caravan is our "home from home".
It is modern, spacious and very well equipped for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The van is in a quiet location, but with easy access to Site facilities (i.e.
pools/ bar etc).
This is a three double bedroomed caravan with a bathroom and shower facilities and a separate WC.
There is lots of free parking available on site.
WiFi available in the caravan.
One bedroom can be used as either a double bed or twin beds, depending on your preference.
We have a fabulous decking area, which catches the sun all day long, with comfortable outdoor seating & a gas bbq which is available for use.
The caravan and site are all dog friendly and many of the surrounding beaches are all dog friendly.

The site itself offers indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a sauna and steam room.
There is also an entertainment venue on the site, with a shop, dog walking field, launderette and a surf school which offers lessons, equipment hire and beach yoga classes.
Location
Our lovely caravan is nestled within the Porth Valley just a stones throw from Whipsiderry Beach, Porth Beach and Watergate Bay.
With excellent transport links to all of the local North Cornwall beaches including Mawgan Porth, Porthcothan, Holywell Bay, Crantock, Fistral, Harlyn Bay, Treyarnon and many more.
The caravan is in an excellent location with easy access by car to local areas of beauty including Padstow, St Ives, Truro, Eden Project, Tintagel, Wadebridge among many more.
The caravan is located just 5 minutes from Newquay Airport and offers easy access to Newquay, which makes it a great base not just for exploring the incredible local beaches on your doorstep but also exploring the best of what the County of Cornwall has to offer.
Although we are spoilt for choice with the local beaches, within the local area, there are plenty of activities to do even when the Sun is not shining.
For example, Newquay Zoo, Retallick, the Cornwall slip and slide, cycling along the Camel Trail, cinemas at Newquay, Wadebridge & Truro, the Hall for Cornwall, the Eden Project, Bodmin Jail, to name a few.
