The property

Swift Barritz provides a relaxed and practical base within the calm surroundings of Harlyn Sands Holiday Park, well positioned for exploring the beaches and dramatic coastline of North Cornwall.

Set within the popular Seven Bays area, this roomy caravan is ideal for families keen to spend their days outdoors, enjoy easy living and explore the region at a comfortable pace.

At its centre is a sociable living space where mornings drift by over unhurried breakfasts and evenings are spent sharing meals or settling in for film nights.

The seating area is arranged around a Smart TV and DVD player, perfect for downtime after a day on the sand, while the dining table naturally becomes the hub for conversation and planning the next adventure.

The kitchen is compact yet thoughtfully equipped, making it easy to prepare anything from quick beach-day snacks to a laid-back dinner back at the caravan.

The bedrooms are sensibly arranged to suit family stays.

The king-size room offers adults a peaceful retreat and benefits from its own en-suite WC, while the twin bedroom is well suited to children or extra guests.

A separate shower room with a walk-in shower serves the rest of the caravan, and central heating with double glazing ensures a pleasant environment throughout the seasons.

Outside, a picnic bench provides a simple space for eating in the open air or enjoying a quiet drink, and off-road parking for two cars makes coming and going straightforward.

Guests can also take advantage of the holiday park’s facilities, which include an indoor swimming pool, play areas, an enclosed football pitch and an arcade, along with a clubhouse, bar, restaurant, chip shop and a handy on-site shop offering bakery orders.

Venture beyond the park and Cornwall’s coastline quickly takes the spotlight.

Padstow tempts with its lively harbour, independent shops and renowned food scene, while Port Isaac charms visitors with its narrow streets and strong fishing heritage.

Tintagel Castle dramatically crowns the cliffs, Trevose attracts golfers with its championship course, and the Atlantic Highway showcases some of the county’s most memorable coastal scenery.

With a wide choice of beaches nearby, ideal for surfing, bodyboarding, rock pooling, kayaking or traditional seaside days, Swift Barritz is a great choice for families seeking a straightforward, welcoming stay close to Cornwall’s best-loved landscapes and attractions.

Note: This property has a refundable Good Housekeeping bond of £100.
