    “We have just returned home from a lovely time away in cornwall for our 5 year anniversary.”

    Karen and Mickey was lovely people and nothing was any trouble for them. The caravan was spotless and very welcoming. We loved the shower and the comfy sofas!. The caravan was perfect area on the site it doesnt matter to us about the location to the park as we dont have children. We will be defo coming again to the caravan as it was the best caravan we have stayed in cornwall before. Well done Karen and Mickey and thank you for the best memories of our holiday in the caravan!

The property

Set in 184 acres of Cornish countryside, just 6 miles outside of Newquay.

Bus stop just outside park entrance. On a four star award winning holiday park, Whiteacres, has 13 on-site fishing lakes offering Pleasure, Match Angling & Specimen Lakes with angling shop.

(Fishing Passes needed, that can be acquired from angling shop) The 36ft x 12ft 3 bedroom, Delta Phoenix is situated on Cedar Forest 35, with double glazing & central heating.

The Lounge has two sofas, 32 inch flat screen freeview TV with built in DVD player, dining area with table and chairs. Kitchen has a gas oven & hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle & all that is needed to make it a home from home. There are 3 bedrooms, one double with TV and two twins with an occasional fold out double bed in the lounge. It has a separate shower room with shower and wash basin and a separate toilet and wash basin. A hoover, iron, ironing board & hairdryer are provided. There is a lockable wooden tackle box outside, Please no tackle or bait to be taken into the caravan.

Duvets, Pillows & Bed Linen supplied.

Entertainment passes are required & are available from Reception . Whiteacres offers something for everyone, Scenic Walks, Swimming, Relaxing in Jacuzzi in pool area, Gym, Fishing, Family Entertainment, Bingo, Children's Clubs.

Whiteacres is situated in a convenient area to reach some of Cornwall's popular towns & attractions Newquay is approximately 6 miles, Padstow 13 miles, Perranporth 12 miles & Flambards Theme Park 33 miles, Dairyland 2.5 miles. No smoking permitted anywhere in the holiday home. A £50 security deposit is required & will be refunded at the end of your stay providing no damages are reported. Passes are needed to use swimming pool & entertainment complex, these can be purchased from reception.
