The property

Stunning 42 x 20’ Willerby Mulberry Luxury Lodge This beautiful front line lakeside Willerby Mulberry lodge offers luxury accommodation for all. It has a large open plan lounge and dining area with patio doors leading to a very large wraparound deck with stunning uninterrupted views of Nelsons lake.

A superb well appointed kitchen area with a large breakfast island is the ideal place to spend those lazy mornings watching the wildlife on the lake directly in front of the lodge.

From the dining area we go into the hall and into the guest bedroom which is a large twin room with full sized single beds and plenty of wardrobe space.

This is a really good sized room and is light and airy.From here we cross into the family bathroom which has a full sized roll top bath with shower over, wash basin and pedestal and a wc.

This is a huge family bathroom.We then go into the master bedroom complete with king size bed and is a beautiful relaxing space.

With plenty of wardrobe space there is a stunning en-suite with a large shower, wc and modern pedestal sink.

The grassed area outside the lodge accommodates both a secure wooden and an extra large deluxe metal tackle / storage locker.

There is a block paved parking area for two cars at the rear of the lodge. This lodge has been designed with relaxation in mind and offers the perfect getaway for you and your family. The Lodge is sited at Whiteacres Holiday Park and is set on Nelson’s Meadow, which is s new development with a private location and private access.

Set in 184 acres of beautiful Cornish countryside Whiteacres has 13 fishing lakes, large entertainment complex , indoor swimming pool, gym, bars, restaurant and lakeside cafe. Close to many beautiful beaches (many famous for surfing), shopping, supermarkets, golf course, riding stables and many tourist attractions.

Newquay is approx 6 miles away, where you can find a good variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, beaches, a cinema, the Blue Reef Aquarium, Newquay Zoo, Splash Pool with flumes etc, Riding Stables.

Good transport links service the area with a bus stop directly outside Holiday Park with regular buses running to and from Newquay and St Austell (including late night bus services).

There is a train station and bus/coach station in Newquay and Newquay Airport is approx 6 miles away. Please note the following: Towels and linen included.

Fishing permits may be purchased from the Fishing Lodge to allow fishing on White Acres match or specimen fishing lakes. Entertainment Passes are required to use the Holiday Park's facilities and these are available from site reception. Please, no bait or fishing tackle in the lodge. Strictly no pets or smoking in the caravan, due to allergies. Our breaks run from Saturday to Saturday. Lodge available after 3pm on the day of arrival. Please Vacate the lodge before 10am on the day of departure. Holiday park own rules dictate the following: Parkdean rules specify that a maximum of 4 same sex angling parties are welcome where all members are over age of 25yrs. Single sex male/female parties where half the party are under the age of 25 are not permitted. Bookings from parties under the age of 21 are not permitted.

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
