“Excellent accommodation in this lodge, and we had a wonderful week.”

The only thing we had to watch out for was getting the car on and off of the driveway, as it is a very steep incline, and we had to watch that the car didn't ground itself, especially when it was fully lodadded up with luggage and fishing gear, upon arrival and departure.

“Absolutely fantastic lodge.”

Great views over the park. Very clean and tidy and peaceful place to stay. Only our second year at whiteacres and truly enjoy exploring the area. The lodge is perfect for us as a family couldn't ask for anything more. We will back back again. Thank you David for you hospitality.

“Just spent a week in this lovely lodge.”

It has everything that you need and all the comforts of home. It is situated in a very quiet cul de sac with amazing views. Could not fault it whatsoever. Booking was very easy and Dave is very friendly and is always there to answer any queries.

“A wonderful Summer stay in this beautiful lodge.”

It has everything you could need and is such a comfortable home from home. The views are absolutely amazing overlooking the lakes and fields beyond. Dave is a brilliant host and answers any questions you have in super fast time. White Acres is a lovely park, so peaceful, and just down the road from all that Newquay has to offer. Location is ideal for getting to all places in Cornwall with ease.

“We were not disappointed when we arrived, the lodge is great place to holiday, after a really difficult year we just wanted a relaxing break, it delivered.”

The lodge was spotlessly clean and very well equipped and the views were fantastic. We enjoyed our walks around the lakes talking to the many anglers, even if we had no clue about fishing they were always happy to talk. This is the first park we have been too where the staff always put their hand up and always willing to help. Clearly we were still in a form of lockdown so we did not experience the entertainment however the on-site shop and takeaway are worth a go. The lodge is in a great location to visit all areas of Cornwall, and great beaches and walks are all very nearby. David has been so very helpful as we had to re-book a couple of times due the circumstance we find ourselves in but he could not have been more helpful, we have already re-booked.

“From booking Dave’s lodge months before lockdown to arrival on site, it was an absolute pleasure.”

Due to COVID restrictions we had to cut our break down by 2 nights but we still had a fantastic time. The lodge is well equipped, well located and kept to a very high standard. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable break, helped by great weather! Thank you Dave.

“What a fantastic lodge this is!”

Booking with Dave was very easy and he answered any questions we had with speed. Upon arrival on a cold and wet day, the lodge heating was left on for us instantly making us feel at home, not to mention warm and cosy! Lodge was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Views were amazing from the lounge windows and decking. White Acres is a very nice and well kept site. So very handy location wise for travelling all over Cornwall. If you want a week or two in somewhere with that added bit of luxury I would not think twice about booking here!

“We were blown away when we arrived at the lodge.”

It was perfect for our family. The lodge is very spacious and the outdoor decking and seating area was just bliss, looking over at the views. There were lots to do on the site for the children and also surrounding the site. Dave was always there for any questions we had. We had such an amazing time, that we are going back again next year. Lovely holiday!

It was literally a home from home, it suited all of our needs and more! Our little boy loved having his own bathroom and especially the walk in wardrobes :-) the lodge has the most gorgeous views and the park is set in a great location for getting out and about!

You won’t be disappointed staying in this superb contemporary lodge, well equipped for any holiday.

The lodge looks and feels brand new inside and out.

The views from the central lounge and large decking area are spectacular, overlooking part of Jenny’s lake and the surrounding scenery. The accommodation sleeps four people: one double bedroom with ensuite, wall-mounted TV & walk-in wardrobe and one twin bedroom with wall-mounted TV and built-in wardrobe.

The large open-plan lounge has a dining area with a table and four chairs, a three-piece leather suite, a modern flame effect electric fire, a large 49"wall-mounted smart TV, a DVD player, a sliding patio door leading out to the decking area with patio furniture table and 4 chairs & bench seating. The fully fitted open plan kitchen includes all modern integrated appliances, gas cooker/grill, full-size fridge, and separate freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, built-in microwave, toaster, etc.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive.
