The property

Our caravan is an ABI Sunningdale situated on the Oak Forest development plot number 444.

The caravan has 2 bedrooms and sleeps upto 6 people with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom and the use of the double pull out bed in the lounge. The caravan is fully equipped for all your needs and includes a new 40" UHD TV with Freeview HD. The main bedroom has an en-suite which includes a bath shower and toilet.

There is also a separate shower and toilet.

There is a secluded decking area to the front and side with seating, and a outside metal locker for your fishing equipment.

Our breaks run from Saturday to Saturday for a minimum of 7 nights only. A 10% non refundable deposit is payable within 8 days of a booking being taken or £50.00 whichever is the greater, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to booking date. If Government guidelines suggest non-travel or the park has to close we will provide a full refund.

Please note the following: Our prices include pillows, quilts and a clean after your stay (you will need to provide your own linen) Fishing permits can be purchased at the fishing lodge on site. Please no bait in the caravan. Strictly no pets or smoking in the caravan

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
