White Acres Holiday Park - Plot 447 is a well-kept Willerby Grasmere holiday home set in the Oak Forest area of White Cross, near Newquay in Cornwall.

Sleeping up to eight guests, it’s a practical option for families or groups of friends seeking an active break with on‑site facilities and straightforward access to many of Cornwall’s favourite destinations.

Arranged on a single level, the layout includes one double bedroom and two twin rooms, plus a pull‑out double bed in the lounge for added flexibility.

A shower room with WC, along with an additional separate WC, helps keep things running smoothly when everyone is getting ready at the same time.

The main living area is generously sized, offering ample seating and a large TV, a comfortable place to unwind after coastal adventures or after making the most of the holiday park’s facilities.

Decking wraps around the front and side of the caravan, complete with outdoor furniture for relaxed breakfasts or evening drinks.

A secure metal locker is provided for storing fishing equipment, ideal for guests keen to make use of the well‑regarded on‑site angling lakes.

White Acres Holiday Park caters well for all ages, featuring entertainment for adults and children, a clubhouse, arcade and indoor swimming pool.

Anglers can enjoy access to 13 lakes, including specimen lakes, with permits available from the on‑site lodge.

A convenience shop and a fish and chip takeaway make easy meals simple, while larger supermarkets are available in nearby Newquay.

The town offers sandy beaches such as Fistral and Towan, a lively harbour, the Blue Reef Aquarium and a wide choice of restaurants and surf schools.

Watergate Bay and Padstow are also within reach for further coastal outings.

A bus stop is located just outside the park, and tandem parking for two cars is available beside the caravan.

A non‑refundable deposit is required within eight days of booking, with the balance due eight weeks before arrival.

Seven‑night stays run from Saturday to Saturday.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
