The property

We are situated on the closest holiday park to Newquay town centre and glorious beaches all within walking distance.

Also 5 minute walk to boating lake, Trenance gardens, Waterworld with fun pool and 25m pool, crazy golf, new skate park, kiddies play area, horse riding and miniature train!!

This is a clean holiday park with a superb, unrivalled location! The accommodation is made up of one double and one twin bedroom, confortable living area, bathroom with shower, basin and toilet and a galley kitchen with gas hob and oven, microwave, fridge etc. Please note the house rules and site policy is that we can only accept: families and couples. Local pub and restaurant (Lanherne Newquay), The Gardens (tea rooms) and The Lakeside (Restaurant) all a few minutes walk away. We provide pillows and duvets, should you require bedding and towels these can be provided for a small extra charge, please enquire after booking.

We are sometimes able to offer shorter breaks (minimum 2 nights ) please get in touch to see if we have availability. We also have a further mobile home available almost next door if you are looking to holiday with friends or family. We regret the site policy is that we can only accept families and couples.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
