    “Absolutely filthy caravan.”

Do not book. Cobwebs everywhere with insect reminents in them. Damp and musty smell, bedding felt damp each night. Squashed bugs on internal walls just left there for us to look at. Wobbly cheap toilet seat that broke within first day. Smashed outer pane on caravan door. Cracked grubby kitchen cupboards, grubby utensils- breadbin, toaster, kettle, cutlery tray that needed a clean/wipe down, half empty items just left i.e cooking oil, liquid soap washing up liquids that were filled with water to ...

Wobbly cheap toilet seat that broke within first day. Smashed outer pane on caravan door. Cracked grubby kitchen cupboards, grubby utensils- breadbin, toaster, kettle, cutlery tray that needed a clean/wipe down, half empty items just left i.e cooking oil, liquid soap washing up liquids that were filled with water to extend what was left, bathroom taps not cleaned round properly, green rusted soap holder that needs removing as too disgusting to put any soap on. Years worth of dirt build up on door mouldings, filthy rusty radiators filled with dust. Outside decking area looked like hadn't seen a brush since before winter, leaves, debris on outside furniture etc yet were asked to feed birds & water plants but no pleasant area to sit out in. The caravan is well equipped but you would not want to use any of it if you valued your health. We used as little crockery as possible and thoroughly cleaned this before use and only had basic breakfast, did not want to prepare any meals, packed lunches etc therefore we spent a fortune eating out. We paid £950 for a week in this horrible caravan - absolutely shameful of the owners to let this van out in it's current state.

We are sorry that you have had this happen, as you know you separately advised us of 1 issue and we replaced it without argument, had you detailed your complaints above we would have dealt with them as well. Property Owner
