The property

This is our family holiday home, and we would like holidaymakers to enjoy and love it as much as we do!

It is situated on the new Luxury Maple View Development; it’s far enough away from the hustle and bustle and close enough to enjoy all the on-site facilities.

What sold it for us it is its amazing position on the end with uninterrupted Cornish countryside views, it does not feel like it’s in a holiday park.

The holiday home was brand new in December 2022, and we are proud to keep it that way.

It’s a high-specification holiday home and has all the creature comforts you expect to have at home, giving you that home-from-home experience.

We regularly use it between holiday rentals so we can check it and enjoy it.

On entrance, you are greeted with an open-plan living space with stunning views over the Cornish.

The lounge area features an electric fireplace, Smart TV, three-seater and two-seater sofa.

The modern kitchen has seating for 4, plenty of storage, all the cookware you should need for a holiday, integrated appliances including a Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer, and there is a Gas Oven and Hob with an Extractor Over.

Moving through to the Bedrooms, there is a Twin Bedroom with a wall-mounted Smart TV, USB charging points, and fitted wardrobe and a King Size Bedroom with a King Size Bed, Dressing Table with storage, Hairdryer, USB charging points, and wall mounted Smart TV.

The King Size Bedroom is also complimented with a heated walk-in wardrobe and an En-Suite Shower room comprising a three-piece suite, including a shower, basin with vanity unit, and W/C.

The main Bathroom also comprises of a 3 piece suite including Shower, Basin with vanity unit and W/C - the Gas Boiler is housed within the Bathroom.

To help enjoy the view, we complemented the holiday home with wrap-around composite decking with glass panels, decking lights and outside furniture.

Holywell 6 miles; Perranporth 8.5 miles; Truro 14 miles; Padstow 14 miles.

Newquay is the home of the UK’s surf scene, boasting eleven beaches and over seven miles of golden sand, three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a beachlovers and watersports paradise. The town, with its zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of restaurants and pubs, also promises a holiday to remember. For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
