“From the moment we rolled up on 5th April until we reluctantly waved goodbye on the 12th, our holiday was sheer magic.”

Pristine and fully kitted?out, it felt more like a boutique hideaway than a standard holiday home. Crisp white bedding was ready and waiting, box?loads of board games were on hand for cosy evenings, and the handy drawer brimming with local guides meant we never once scratched our heads over what to do next. The generous decking became our nightly front?row seat to Cornwall’s fiery sunsets—pure bliss—and its peaceful corner of the park guaranteed a good night’s sleep.
Though the site itself boasts a restaurant, show bar, arcades, shop and both indoor and outdoor pools, the location was so perfect for exploring the Lizard Peninsula that we barely had time to sample them. Kynance Cove (unmissable!), Lizard Lighthouse, St Michael’s Mount, Penzance, Mousehole, Land’s End, Marazion, Poldhu and Mullion coves, Cadgwith, Coverack and a crucial stop at Roskilly’s Farm for that famous ice?cream—all were a doddle to reach.
Enormous thanks to Simon and Cathy, exemplary hosts who responded to every query in record time. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. What an unforgettable week—thank you for the memories!
