Light and modern holiday home situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park.

This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program.

Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas. In the park are lots of things for you to do.

There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café. Passes to use the resort facilities are £66 per stay in total- we collect all guest info and payment for this after booking Set in a peaceful area of The Hoburne Cotswold Park is this beautifully equipped holiday home within a few minutes walk to the main park entertainment area and lakes.

We are perfectly positioned for easy reach to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. This is a luxury holiday home with a Private Hot Tub, and a full kitchen including an Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, and Dishwasher. TV with DVD player in the lounge and TVs in both bedrooms. Music can be streamed using built-in Bluetooth speakers. Table and chairs inside for a cosy family meal.

Outside there is a table and chairs on the decking. There are 2 bedrooms - one with a kingsize bed and ensuite shower room.

The other has 2 3ft beds.

Both bedrooms have ample storage space. There is an additional family shower room. Bedlinen for all beds are provided as well as towels.

Towels must be kept inside, please bring your own towels for swimming or hot tub use. We also provide: Plates, Glasses, Cutlery and cooking utensils. A small welcome refreshment pack so you can have a tea or coffee and biscuits when you arrive. A starter cleaning pack A loo roll for each toilet Hand soaps Small shower gels Salt, Pepper and Oil Discount vouchers for use in the local area. You are welcome to bring up to 2 Dogs – charged £30 per dog (paid after the booking). A security deposit of £200 will be authorised on your payment card on the day before arrival.

This is returned after checkout if no damage is found.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
