This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program.

Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas. In the park are lots of things for you to do.

There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café. Passes to use the resort facilities are £66 per stay in total- we collect all guest info and payment for this after booking We are perfectly positioned for easy reach to explore the Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Set in a peaceful area of The Hoburne Cotswold park this beautifully equipped holiday home is within a very short walk to the main park entertainment area and lakes. This is a luxury holiday home with Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, and microwave.

There is a family shower room as well as a separate toilet and washbasin room in the master bedroom. Outside there is a decking area which benefits from full sun and a partial lake view. Bedlinen for all beds are provided as well as towels.

Towels must be kept inside, please bring your own towels for swimming. We also provide: Plates, Glasses, Cutlery and cooking utensils. A small welcome refreshment pack so you can have a tea or coffee and biscuits when you arrive. A starter cleaning pack A loo roll for each toilet Hand soaps Small shower gels Salt, Pepper and Oil Discount vouchers for use in the local area. You are welcome to bring up to 2 Dogs – charged £30 per dog (paid after the booking) A security deposit of £200 will be authorised on your payment card on the day before arrival.

This is returned after checkout if no damage is found.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
