“Great few days at Hoburne Cotswolds.”

Caravan was nice and modern with own WiFi which was brilliant for the children . Situated at the further end of the park but still only a 5-10mins stroll to the main building. Park grounds were kept immaculate . Quite a lot going on for the kids to not get bored . Caravan owners replied immediately to a slight water issue we encountered and it was all sorted within half an hour . We all had a good holiday and would definitely recommend to others and will be back Thank you

Light and modern holiday home situated in the heart of the Cotswold Water Park. This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program.

Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas. In the park are lots of things for you to do.

There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café. Passes to use the resort facilities are £66 per stay in total- we collect all guest info and payment for this after booking Our holiday home looks out onto the green area of Willow View it has all you need for a self catering stay in the Cotswolds. Close to the market town of Cirencester and all beautiful Cotswold villages making it the perfect base for a break. Our cosy holiday home has a nice sized lounge area with corner sofa, an electric effect fire and a TV. There is a dining area with a table seating 6 and a well equipped kitchen area . There are 3 bedrooms.

A master bedroom with lots of wardrobe space and 2 twin rooms with 2 beds in each, plus storage. There is a shower room and toilet.

The caravan has central heating. Bedlinen for all beds are provided as well as towels.

Towels must be kept inside, please bring your own towels for swimming. We provide: Plates, Glasses, Cutlery and cooking utensils. A small welcome refreshment pack so you can have a tea or coffee and biscuits when you arrive. A starter cleaning pack A loo roll for each toilet Hand soaps Small shower gels Salt, Pepper and Oil Discount vouchers for use in the local area. You are welcome to bring up to 2 Dogs – charged £30 per dog (paid after the booking) A security deposit of £200 will be authorised on your payment card on the day before arrival.

This is returned after checkout if no damage is found.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200.
