“We have just returned from a fantastic long weekend.”

The caravan was beautiful and had all the equipment needed. The view was fabulous and a peaceful setting. Phil was great as we changed our dates and we even booked an extra night. Will definitely be back!

“Our holiday here was really wonderful.”

Its a very quite site with no amenities (bless the receptionist, he didn't even have any coffee for sale in the shop and he made my husband one from his own supply free of charge) The caravan itself was excellent. Clean, well maintained and made for a lovely holiday. I wouldn't return as there wasn't any amenities on site for the kids but the caravan itself was wonderful.

“What a wonderful stay .”

. perfect weather accompanied our perfect stay. The caravan is well equipped with everything you need and for us the site was perfect as no shop or entertainment so just peace and quiet! Perfectly located for Widemouth and Bude not to mention those day trips to Padstow and Boscastle. Excellent communication from Phil overall a great experience and will book again!

“Booked with ease - owners very quick to respond.”

Unfortunately, I had to change my plans and was unable to continue with the booking. The owners were amazing; completely understanding and professional. They were above and beyond helpful. Sad not to stay in what looks such a lovely caravan but can highly recommend the owners' customer service.

“A brilliant holiday, great lodge with an excellent range of equipment to meet all needs.”

Immaculate on arrival and process for getting access was very easy to follow. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, owner is very responsive to emails too . Would definitely book again. Only small down side is there is now no park for the kids on site and no cafe/bar. This didn't spoil our time at all but it was something we were expecting.

We were thought that they was a shop on site, also that we could sit outside and have a drink but there was nothing laundrette was closed nothing open at all, also the people that live on the site were very rude

“Fantastic modern and spacious caravan with all the equipment/facilities you need and plenty of outside seating on the decking.”

Located on a quiet site with great views and only a few miles to Bude. Also easy access to other Cornish attractions (Port Isaac, Padstow, Tintagel, Newquay). Would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and a very lovely mobile home. Communication with the owner Phil via email was very straightforward and helpful..Widemouth Fields Caravan Park Bude is a spotless site and the staff are very friendly.. Ideally situated for most attractions in Cornwall.

Everything you could possible need is provided. Beds very comfortable. Great wrap around decking. Communication from the owner was brilliant. Views were amazing. Nice quiet site outside Bude. so lovely and relaxing Grandchildren could play out safely lots of room to run around.

The property

Our beautiful deluxe, well appointed static caravan located on a lovely quiet park, offers you home from home comforts at any time of the year, as it is fully double glazed and gas centrally heated. The caravan has a wrap-around veranda and garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy the panoramic views of the Cornish countryside. It has one double bedroom with dressing area, an en-suite shower room and a 26" flat screen Freeview TV with incorporated DVD player. The second bedroom provides 2 single beds with wardrobe and above bed cupboards, additionally, there is a second toilet with hand basin, and for extra guests there is a double sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped, including kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils, coffee machine and dishwasher providing everything you need to complement your stay. The lounge has a three seater and a two seater sofa, a flame effect electric fire, a 43" Smart flat screen Freeview TV, and a DVD player. A selection of DVDs and board/card games are available should the weather keep you indoors. Bluetooth speakers are also in the ceiling for you to connect your smartphone or tablet.

There are two parking spaces adjacent to the caravan.

Tintagel 17 miles.

Bude is a fabulous coastal town that once visited you will want to come back to time and time again. Bude has something for everyone, great beaches for relaxing, and building sandcastles on, rockpools for investigating at low tide and cafes to watch it all from. The rolling waves are great for surfing all year round, and the footpaths by the restored canal or on the North Cornwall coastal path offer you a superb opportunity to explore and appreciate the outstanding countryside. Bude also has a superb golf course, indoor swimming pool, bowling alley/indoor play area and Heritage Centre at Bude Castle. It also has a good selection of local shops, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants and excellent Information Centre. Within a short drive are the remains of a huge iron age hill fort at Warbstow Bury, from where panoramic views can be seen. For days out, take the coast road north to see the lonely lighthouse above the sea at Hartland Point or walk or ride a donkey down the steep and cobbled village street (no cars allowed) of beautiful Clovelly to the harbour and the pub far below. Follow the coast in the other direction and there's the little cove of Crackington Haven, Boscastle, King Arthur's castle at Tintagel, Doc Martin's Port Wenn at Port Isaac and yet more great surfing beaches at Polzeath.
