Its a fully equipped caravan, with everything you could possibly need, included first aid kit, on top of kitchen cupboards, there is a windbreaker for those breezy days at the beach, under the bunk beds
It has a double bedroom .with a double bed.
2 triple wardrobes and 2 sets of drawers.
The other bedroom has shortie bunkbeds with a single wardrobe and a set of drawers .
There is also a pull out double bed under the settee in the living room, which you will find under the main window.

There is an 4 burner cooker, with a grill and oven, and also a microwave, and an upright fridge freezer.
There is enough cutlery and crockery for 5 people.

There is the en suite bathroom with toilet and sink, in the main bedroom, and a shower toilet and sink in the other bathroom.
There are lots of plug sockets throughout the van, and 4 USB ports.

There is a washing machine, (it can be a bit noisy at times) but not a dryer, although there is a clothes airer, under the double bed and pegs on top of the fridge freezer, so these can be put on the veranda, on nice days.
On the two bathroom doors are laundry bags to put your dirty washing in.
There is also a door curtain to close to keep you even cosier if the nights are a bit chilly
There are tables on the veranda, and 6 fold up chairs under the double bed.
A Welcome hamper will be provided, with tea, coffee, milk and sugar.
A packet of biscuits, Also a loaf of bread, Margarine and a pack of cereal, and a block of cheese and a packet of ham .cleaning products, will also be provided
The parking bay is only for ONE vehicle .parking is NOT ALLOWED ON THE GRASS AT ANYTIME
