“I stayed with my mum & partner & dog & we all had such a lovely stay.”

Lovely quiet spot, parking is really close by & lovely view over Paignton. The lodge was very comfortable home from home, beds comfy everything we needed there. It’s located in a great spot close to Paignton, Brixham & Torquay with Dartmouth not too far on the ferry either. Place was spotless & one thing rectified really quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again we loved our holiday here ‘

“This was our second time staying in this caravan and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time.”

We had a couple of issues on the first day but these were very quickly sorted by Claire and her team of family members. The caravan is spacious and very well equipped and in a quiet part of the well-kept site.

“Just had a fantastic stay here for our family holiday.”

Claire was the perfect host and was always very quick to respond to any questions we had, very helpful indeed! The caravan was very clean on arrival and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It’s situated in a lovely quiet spot on the holiday park, with plenty of parking very close to the caravan. It’s just a short walk to the pools and all the main facilities. The park is quite ‘hilly’ though, so as mentioned in the listing, not that practical for those with mobility issues. Hoburne Devon bay is a lovely holiday site and the pools were both very clean and a definite favourite with the children. There is a nice venue for evening entertainment, with food options available too. Staff were all very friendly. There are several well known supermarkets just a short 5-10 mins drive away and Paignton pier and promenade are also just a short drive away. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you claire and family for the perfect base. Many happy memories have been made.

“Whole caravan was spotless, with excellent WiFi, in a quiet location, but close to all amenities, Did not use club or facilities, but on passing and reading other reviews, seemed ideal for families Only 15-minute walk to Goodrington Beach for Quay West Water Park, and if feeling active, short walk into Paignton.”

Open top bus, every 30 minutes from camp and for £5.50, for those without bus pass, which allows unlimited travel for the day. Booking was easy and a pleasure to be in contact with owner Claire, who was always very friendly. Thanks for a lovely and enjoyable few days Will be booking again for 2023

Location perfect short walk but far enough away to get a peaceful night's sleep ,views to die for , sun trap from day to night fabulous .

The caravan was immaculate and perfectly equipped. In a lovely quiet location not far from the excellent facilities Hoburne offers. Communication with Claire was spot on would highly recommend. We booked again for Easter on our way home! Thank you ????

“We booked this holiday after cancelling a holiday in Croatia for the same week.”

Our daughter recommended this particular caravan after staying in it three months earlier and we are so pleased she did! The site is immaculate and quiet while we were there, albeit during term time. We didn't use the club much but everything looks well looked after. We didn't need the car while we were there - just walked everywhere or used our bus passes. It's a well situated site, the caravan superb and the weather perfect. What more could one want! I'd recommend it to anyone.

The caravan was immaculate and the kids loved the facilities and entertainment. The only very small gripe was the Internet speed at times. I completely understand that this is at no fault to the caravan owner, but the line rental company! Would definitely return (if you will have us!)

“What a great holiday, a great place, amazing weather and the perfect caravan.”

The caravan was absolutely perfect in every way, it was like a home from home with everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The decking was perfect with sun all day. Great for sitting and reading in the morning whilst the teenage children were sleeping and for enjoying a family evening meal. Claire, the owner was very helpful when I rang to ask for help with the hob, she also gave some great tips about getting round the area on the open top bus, which we did a couple of times. Would definitely stay in this caravan again. Thank you for letting it out.

In a lovely quiet area of the park. I called the owner to check on how to use an appliance and nothing was too much trouble, very helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again, and we will check you out first for our future dates. A very relaxing holiday thank you ????

“Having been to this park before and liked the site and particularly the entertainment area we chose this caravan as it looked really nice in the listing and we weren't disappointed.”

From the moment we walked in it felt like a home. It was modern, clean tastefully furnished and well laid out. We stayed during school term time and found the caravan to be situated in a quiet area of the park with no passing traffic. When we are looking for another break we will definitely be looking to book to go here again.

Newly acquired 2018 holiday van located on an award winning holiday site in Torbay.

Situated at the bottom of the park with a lake view it offers easy access to the clubhouse, and a short walk to Goodrington beach makes this an ideal holiday destination.

The van is well appointed and offers its own WiFi, PS4, and smart Tv's and comes complete with all entertainment passes.

** please note we are waiting for the delivery of the new TV for the living room, the current one shown in picture will be relocated to the master bedroom.
