“First of all we could not have been happier, the caravan was lovely, nice and clean and had everything we needed for our stay even the beds being made up, this made all the difference especially as we arrived late.”

I could not fault the communication between me and the owner and never had to wait long for a response. We will definitely be staying in this caravan again.

“We were really lucky to find this caravan and book with a very helpful and friendly owner, who answered any questions we had quickly and made us feel welcome before we arrived.”

She left fresh milk, bread, etc for our arrival, which was extremely appreciated after a long journey. The caravan is very clean and well maintained and had all the essentials plus much more, for a very good stay. It is in a good position on the site and we would highly recommend staying there. The site is in a very good location for visiting nearby areas and exploring South Devon and has a heated outdoor pool, plus indoor pool.

I have just got back from Devon and stayed in Mels caravan we had a fantastic holiday the caravan was spotless had everything in even an iron and ironing board there was tea coffee fresh bread and milk in the fridge was really nice she had thought of us we had travelled for 6 hrs to get there bed was really comfortable in the main bedroom plus it had another toilet and sink so that was handy it also had table and chairs on the decking so we had decent weather so we made use of it was nice just sitting having lunch or dinner outside my partner also spotted a badger outside the caravan oh I spotted some rabbits too would definitely stay there again Mel was great so welcoming and the facilities on the site was really clean and staff really friendly would highly recommend staying in mels caravan again

The caravan itself was spotless and so neat and tidy - the nicest caravan we’ve ever stayed in. It was also in a fantastic location, a short bus ride (122 goes from inside the caravan site!) to Paignton, Torquay and so easy to get to multiple other spots too not to mention the food shops are 5 minutes drive away. We had such a lovely time exploring this part of the U.K and its stunning beaches. Mel was also lovely and really helpful and always answered any questions I had really quickly. Highly recommend and we hope to be back for another stay soon!!

“We had the most amazing mid week break at Hoburne Devon Bay, in Melanie's caravan ref 13278.”

We booked it very late (Sunday evening, travelling on the monday) The owner Melanie and her husband were very accommodating, nothing was to much trouble. Communication was great and very helpful. When we arrivived Melanie met us at the caravan and had left us sime little treats. We had travelled 8 hours by train so this little gesture was lovely. The location was perfect & although the weather wasn’t great, we were still able to make the most of it as there was plenty to do. Especially on our one and only hot day making the most of the outdoor pool. The caravan was beautiful, immaculate and smelt amazing! It had everything you need. Kettle, toaster, clean fresh bedding. Cleaning products. The owner (Melanie) was lovely and recommended a lot of exciting things for us to do & even advised on how to get there! Highly recommend! We would also recommend that you use the buses for a family of 5 or less you can get a bus ticket for £10 per day that can be used to travel to many places (hop on hop off)We will definitely be staying again in the future. Such a beautiful place and melanie and her family were amazing. Thank you the Evos ????
