“We spend 3 night at B23, Katrina changed our van but there were no issues.”

We have stopped at this Hoburne many times and love the site, as do our kids aged 15 and 9. The van we had was great, comfortable and clean. It’s not too far from the entertainment complex, shop or bus stop. Would defo recommend and would return.

“Caravan was well equipped and clean.”

It looks like it was recently renovated, with new carpets, curtains and beautiful decorations giving it a modern look. Owner is very friendly and welcoming, they even stopped by to double check if we need anything. There is a beautiful outdoor furniture at the patio area, perfect to relax on with a cup of coffee on the sunny day. We were very pleased with our accommodation and its location, couple of minutes walk to the entertainment building and just under 20min to the local beach. We had a lovely Easter break. Thank you Katrina for having us! :)

Caravan lovely , site lovely. Owner said she would send my deposit back, however still waiting 6 months later!!

been good to have had an alternative contact number in case of any emergency. However all went well on day of holiday, other than bedding not being supplied for the bed settee. The accommodation was clean and tidy. With fresh bedding on all other beds in caravan. The bedrooms are a nice layout which gives you a reasonable amount of space. Plenty of storage in bedrooms. The caravan is in a good position, not far from the entertainment/pool area, but far away enough not to be affected by any noise . Nice views across the top of the caravan site. Well equipped van with helpful items such as ‘small’ airfryer and coffee machine. Also liked the fact that children’s cutlery and bowls/ dishes were supplied. We were a party of 5 adults & 2 toddlers however only seating for 4 at dining table, we did manage by eating in relay or sitting on settee. There is a nice decking area outside but due to weather was not able to make the most of it. It is a pleasant 20 minute walk to the beach from the caravan. There is a bus that runs through the site to the town/beach. Overall we had a nice holiday and we’re quite happy with the accommodation.

A 2013 Sunningdale Modern three-bedroom static caravan with side and front decking. * one double bedroom with en-suite toilet. * 2 x twin room and pull out sofa bed, A bathroom with shower Build in beautiful kitchen. Lovely fire in the lounge all rooms have Central heating and double glaze.

Modern lounge with television and dining table chairs. On the decking area we have table chairs and sun lounges. No pets or smoking. On Hoburne site there a beautiful indoor pool with sauna and steam room, changing facilities outside pool with Sun loungers large inflatable on weekends. Indoor play soft Play area, games room, restaurant, kids club daytime program evening mini disco, bingo, evening entertainment.

Crazy golf, football court, and tennis, basketball court and play park.
