“Lovely break at the caravan lovely big porch all the facilities that you need it was so hot we took the dog he enjoyed it but it was so hot could only take him out 6 am then after 7pm .”

.we could have done with a fan left or maybe you take your own . Very pleased neighbours were nice ..probably go down to goodrington beach for food ..hoburne very expensive

“An absolutely beautiful caravan in a perfect spot of the site.”

Very clean and comfortable, the settee in the lounge is the Best! The hot tub is fabulous, especially for any aches and pains. It's checked twice a day and emptied out after each guest leaves. I would highly recommend to anyone.????

“Booked our break away in February and the owners have been nothing but informative and friendly before our trip letting us know directions and information on the holiday home and surrounding area,Upon arriving at the holiday home we were very impressed at first sight with the location, spacious decking with table and chairs for 6 ,a huge luxury hot tub and a gorgeous sea view to top it off.”

Inside the holiday home is spacious,modern with digital smart t.v which was great for winding down in the evening and also has a smaller version of the t.v in the master bedroom i found and extra treat.kitchen was well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking and preparing meals and more with additional air fryer and a dishwasher to keep on top of the dishes with convenience while on holiday.Plenty of of seating area in the living room and a spacious dining table and chairs to eat as a family which i enjoyed with my grandsons birthday.Master bedroom was spacious for a holiday home and modern with an added bonus of an en suite which was very modern with great shower great water pressure too ,the holiday home also has an additional bathroom with shower off the kitchen too with the same shower,both bathrooms had hand and bath towels and bath mats which looked brand new too.the single rooms well decorated with lovely bedding and towels too for extra convenience which my son and his fiancée enjoyed,We all slept comfortably the mattresses were very good.The hot tub we all enjoyed it was very large to fit all of us and was very relaxing used on several occasions.If you have dogs they have dog mats and bowls and some extra pet essentials to welcome your furry family ,my dogs seemed so relaxed staying here and they are hard to please haha .The owners have made this experience so much better with their personal touch and wish them well on further bookings and i will definitely book again very soon great holiday !!!

“Fantastic !”

!! From the communication to the actual stay everything is one ???? percent. The van itself is superb, very clean and modern with everything you need and more. The park is clean, well maintained and very children friendly.Both pools are great and well manned. You are central to all local beaches and attractions, we even got the bus into Brixham, so much easier than driving and parking ????. You really will not be disappointed, thank you Roger and Sue ????

“Just arrived back from a great short break at Devon Bay.”

This accommodation was outstanding. Modern and spacious a real home from home. The hot tub is an absolute bonus I would recommend to anyone thinking of a break in the Goodrington area The communication from Sue was superb, explaining everything you need to know, also providing a lovely, unexpected welcome pack which included all the ingredients for a well needed cuppa! The facilities on the Hoburne site also provide everything you could look for 10/10 from me ????

What an opportunity to rent this lovely modern 3 bedroomed caravan, with a hot tub and your dog can come to! The Victory Lockwood has central heating, wi-fi and it's 41 feet long, which means the master bedroom has more space AND an ensuite with a shower. There are 2 twin bedrooms, and a further family shower room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 5 ring gas hob, oven, dishwasher and an upright fridge/freezer as well as all required cooking items including an airfryer. The living area is spacious with a 43in smart tv. It has wrap around, gated decking and the benefit of a PRIVATE USE HOT TUB, patio furniture and a SEA VIEW from the decking. And the caravan is a 1 minute flat, paved walk from the car park. Hoburne is a family friendly site and it has an indoor open all year swimming pool with a seasonal outdoor pool. There is a seasonal shop plus a laundrette on site. There is nightly entertainment for children and adults, and the site has a cafe, restaurant, sauna, steam room, small gym, new childrens play area and an arcade which are open throughout the year. Entertainment passes are included as standard. No hen parties/stag nights or large same sex groups are allowed as per the site rules. The surrounding bay area is lovely with lots to explore and ample facilities for all the family with the nearest beach 5 minutes away. Splashdown for both small and big kids is only 5 minutes away. And Brixham and Berry head are nearby with lots of sea and bird life for all to enjoy.
