The property

Hello and welcome to our family-owned two bedroomed 6 berth holiday home for hire from Saturday to Saturday at the very popular Holburne Devon Bay. Our well equipped accommodation includes: A spacious lounge, dinning and kitchen area with a wrap-around comfortable sofa (which also converts into a double bed), coffee table wall units, an electric fire and a LCD Smart TV with Freeview and access to most streaming platforms.

The dining/kitchen area has a table with four chairs, a fridge freezer, an electric oven, a microwave and all the usual kitchen appliances and kit. The main bedroom has an en-suite WC, a wash basin, and a king-sized bed.

There is plenty of wardrobe and space, a dressing table with a hairdryer and a TV. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed if required, wardrobe space, a small table shelf and a mirror. The main bathroom has a WC, a basin with a mirror and a walk-in shower. Outside, we have gated decking which surrounds one side and the front of the caravan and comes with outdoor furniture so that you can enjoy a cool beer or glass of wine whilst looking over the views of the wooded area and the sea and listen to the steam train whistle as it chuffs along between Paignton and Dartmouth. Our beautiful holiday home is well equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable home-from-home stay.

It has full double glazing, central heating and free unlimited Wi-Fi. You can enjoy all the facilities of Hoburne Devon Bay as passes for your use are included in the price.
