“Unfortunately we had no Wi-Fi for our whole week, as we had some bad weather this caused a problem as keeping young kids occupied we could not even stream Netflix or use the children’s electronic devices.”
We also had an issue with the basin in the bathroom and had to use a plunger to remove the plug everytime we wanted to use it. Communitcation was great until the owner messaged - ‘I'm glad my brother managed to sort the sink, I know it's not perfect but I hope it'll do for the week.
From the description of the WiFi it sounds like the data speeds are very unstable, that's not good for TV streaming but hopefully good enough for most iPad apps. The most likely issue here is the Vodafone signal, it has not been a problem previously so hopefully Vodafone will fix whatever is causing the issue. The TV does have Freeview, I appreciate it's not Netflix or Prime but there are multiple channels for all ages.

Such a shame and how disappointing you didn’t get back in touch during your stay after we’d sent someone round to assist with the issues. Andy’s brother Mike advised us he’d released the plug in the sink but it was still sticking a bit so left a plunger there should it stick again. If this had continued to be a problem for you we could have arranged for further work while you were there. Mike also checked the WiFi which you said did work the first day and while he had concerns with the signal strength your children’s iPads were connected. As for the TV, Andy is now in the caravan having travelled down from Aberdeen and realised that somehow it was trying to connect to the Beverly WiFi and not our hub. Again if you’d let us know during your stay we could of sent Mike back in for future investigation. We would not wish to pester our guests so took your lack of reply to Andy’s message as all was well and you were continuing to enjoy all that Devon can offer.
