“We had a lovely week at Looe bay in this caravan.”

It had all the essentials for our family of 3. The caravan site is a few minutes drive from Looe bay harbour and not far from Polperro & Charlestown if you like to visit other places like us.

“Gregory, the owner, was very quick to respond to my emails and questions, and the booking was very easy.”

The caravan has everything you could want including an air fryer. The bed was made up for my arrival and there were little touches left like tea and coffee so that I didn't have to rush out for supplies. The caravan is situated in a quite corner of the park and there is plenty of parking spaces next to it, so no need to trample across grass.. The caravan gets the sun all day and it is so pleasant sitting outside on the decking with a glass of wine or beer and a good book. The location is a good base for visiting various sites in Cornwall., Eden Project and National Trust sites. Looe itself is only a few minutes away on the local bus (bus stop at park gates). I would not hesitate to recommend this caravan. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.

The property

Beautiful fully equipped 2 bedroom caravan.

The caravan has lovely decking along the side and end with double doors opening onto it.

The living area has 2 comfortable sofas which recline and have USB ports built-in.

Please note prices do not include entertainment passes these can be purchased at reception on your arrival.

We provide all bedding and beds and made up for your arrival We also provide toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk in the fridge, wine for adults and squash and biscuits for the kids. Washing up equipment is provided too, along with tea towels.

So you can arrive and immediately start enjoying your holiday.

There is a bus stop right outside the park and buses travel every hour to Looe and Polperro.

Sorry but due to allergies, we do not allow pets.

Polperro 5 miles.

Looe is Cornwall’s second largest fishing port and hence there is always a lively maritime bustle around the quay area of East Looe, which is connected to the quieter West Looe by a seven arched 19th century bridge over the River Looe. You can also catch the river taxi between East and West Looe. East Looe has narrow cobbled streets, twisting alleyways and plenty of tourist shops, whilst West Looe has a lovely outlook across the harbour. Looe’s viewpoint, Banjo Pier, can be reached from the quay and is a great spot to watch the returning fishing trawlers and look across the bay to Looe Island, which can be walked to occasionally at very low tides. The sandy Looe beach adjoins the pier and is very popular with families because of its safe shallow swimming and vast expanse of sand. There is also a great rock pool area at Hannafore that children will love. West Looe has a Heritage Centre that recently opened in the Old Sardine Factory with a climbing wall and a cafe and the delightful Kilminorth Woods have way marked walks through the majestic oak wood, rich in plant, insect and bird life. Apart from beach activities in this part of south east Cornwall, there are many mining remains on Bodmin Moor and in the Tamar Valley and much of the mining landscape has World Heritage status. This area of Cornwall has inspired writers, such as Daphne du Maurier and much of Bodmin Moor has inspired legends linked with King Arthur. There is much to explore in this beautiful part of Cornwall.
