It is a quieter park with a small play area for children and lots of open space for dog walking.
Not suitable for stag or hen parties.

You enter into a hallway where you can hang your coats, leads etc before walking into the kitchen.
The kitchen has everything you need, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

There is a dining area and a living area which leads out onto the deck.
The decking has seating and a table outside to enjoy the relaxation of a beautiful holiday.
The living room has a pull out sofa bed for those extra guests.
There is a wood burner style feature fire which is a focal point.
There is a 60" Smart TV and fast internet connection.
Plenty of board games and cards to play when staying inside.
There are two bedrooms.
The master ensuite has a king size bed, dressing table and plenty of storage with a TV installed.
The other bedroom is a twin with a small dressing table and cupboard.

Kilkhampton is 5 miles from Bude (10 mins by car).
The village of Kilkhampton is only a 5 minute walk and has two pubs (one allows dogs), a Chinese, a Co-op, and a couple of other local stores.
