The property

Bobbys Den is a 2018 caravan which can sleep up to 6 people.

Our van is situated in the area called The Orchard which is central to all of the amenities on the site but still far enough away to get the peace and quiet you are looking for for your holiday. There is an enclosed gated entrance to the caravan, which has a grassed area and patio with picnic table and benches.

Parking for 1 vehicle. Our caravan consists of an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen, 2 bedrooms and make-up bed in lounge.

There is a jack and jill bathroom which has access from the main bedroom and also from the corridor.

There is also a separate toilet. Electric is provided within the cost of the hire. Gas is purchased via a gas card which you can top up with units from the main Reception. Included in the hire are duvets and pillows. Bedding and towels need to be provided by yourselves. A £50 deposit is required when booking and the balance to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to your holiday. Also a security deposit which is refundable after your holiday once the caravan has been cleaned and checked for breakages and/or lost items Ladram Bay has its own private pebble beach where you can either just chill or if a little more adventurous you can hire water sport items from the site.

There is a local man who regularly fishes for crabs and lobsters which are available to purchase from the Crab Shack which he will cook for you fresh on the day.

Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £50.
