    “We stayed at Karen's caravan from 28.”

    6.25 till 5.7.25. All correspondence with Karen's was fantastic. So easy to get into the caravan with pin for lockbox sent early in the day once the van had been cleaned before we went in. Me, my husband and our dog fully enjoyed our stay. The layout of the van is great and the beds are so comfy. Plenty of pillows and quilts. The caravan is well equipped with everything you need for making meals. The decking was a god sent especially for the dog as it was warm all week. Were it is ...

Our only disappointment we that dogs aren't allowed on the beach which obviously not the owners fault. We would definitely recommend Karen's caravan to anyone. Many,many thanks Karen

The property

We are delighted to be offering our modern, well-equipped, double glazed and centrally heated holiday home for hire.

We look forward to welcoming you to this quietly secluded area of the Leisure Park known as The Wilderness. The home consists of a quality decking area to the side which is ideal for outdoor dining and sun bathing, with fantastic sea views towards Beer Head and further across to Chesil Beach and Portland.

Inside the caravan the lounge offers views of the sea and lovely wooded countryside.

It is equipped with an electric fire, 40" flat screen TV with Free view and a DVD player with USB port, a selection of DVD’s and games are provided, should you need them. The well equipped kitchen comprises a built in 4 ring gas cooker with electric oven and grill, large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle; there is a good selection of crockery and cooking utensils. Sleeping arrangements consist of a double bedroom with en-suite toilet & basin and a twin bedded room, whilst built within the settee in the lounge is a further pull out double bed.

Two double and two single duvets are provided with ample pillows.

No bedding covers or other linen is supplied.

The family shower room has a walk in shower, hand basin and toilet. For safety, two carbon monoxide alarms and one smoke alarm are fitted whilst Gas Safe and Portable appliance certificates are displayed within the home. There is space for one car to the front and a returnable visitors pass is provided for both entry to the site and parking by the caravan.

An outdoor table & chairs, gas BBQ, and storage box are provided for your use throughout your stay.

Electricity and water are non-chargeable, but there is a reasonable charge for gas via a top up key card. Check in is from 4pm Ladram Bay Holiday Park is a Diamond award winning park with excellent amenities for both adults and children with nightly entertainment and day time kids club.

The park has a wonderful pool complex*, including an indoor heated swimming pool with a shallow children's area with slides and fountains.

For those warm days there is an outdoor splash zone accessed via the pool area.

The pool complex also has a sauna, steam room and gym.

A private pebble beach awaits you where you can hire fishing boats, kayaks and paddle boards.

An outdoor play area, indoor soft play, amusement arcade and crazy golf will keep the kids entertained for hours.

*Pool complex passes are not included but can be purchased at reception.

Wi-Fi is available across the site for a small charge.

It is free in the Three Rock complex. Onsite there is a well-stocked shop, Pebbles Restaurant with an open air terrace, Coast fish and chip takeaway and a launderette.

The Beach Shack boosts a lovely deck with seating where you can enjoy a sweet or savoury snack whilst soaking in the sea air.

Included is nightly entertainment in the clubhouse with kids club followed by an array of acts. We are sorry, but we do not allow smoking within the home
