“Lovely caravan, clean and tidy and everything as it should have been in a good location, not to far from anywhere.”

Site is lovely, a little out of the way but nice and quiet and not too far to go out and about. Did not have to contact the owner, but they sent us all the information needed and a nice mail the day before it arrival. Site facilities were really good, food was good in the pub, not too expensive and a good choice and sir shop was good as well. Will be stopping again and will look out for this van.

“We had a brilliant stay at Ladram Bay.”

The site is perfect for a young family with plenty to do and no reason to even leave the site. The caravan is in a great location, near to all amenities and avoids having to go up any steep hills and is also in a peaceful and quiet location. The owners have thought of everything you could need for your holiday and the caravan is fully equipped for your stay! The little touches make this caravan very homely while also being clean, stylish and spacious. The decking and outside space is also brilliant for the children. We had an amazing time! Thank you to the owners, we would definitely be happy to return here again!

The caravan is situated a 2 minute stroll to the shop, beach and bar. Ideally situated so you can explore the south coast.

“Excellent caravan, very spacious just what you need for a young family.”

Clean, tidy and modern. The site itself was excellent, one of the best we've stayed in, if not the best. 5 minute walk to the beach and club house from the caravan. Very respectful site, hardly any noise after 9pm. Idyllic.

“Site is lovely with a beautiful beach, perfect for active kids who like to swim or paddle board.”

The caravan was ideally located for me as it was very close to ten amenities which meant I also avoided an uphill walk to get back.Accommodation was clean and I’m good repair with everything we needed, would definitely stay again.
