“Great van in a perfect location!”

The property

Our caravan is situated in The Orchard area of the park.

The Orchard is quite peaceful but is still close to the amenities.

It’s also a bit more level than some areas of the park.

Our 2 bedroom caravan sleeps 4 people.

The main bedroom has a king sized bed with an en-suite toilet and basin. The 2nd bedroom is a twin room.

The bathroom has a powerful shower, toilet and basin. The kitchen has an abundance of cooking utensils, a variety of cooking, serving dishes and we keep oil, salt and pepper as standard.

There’s a microwave, toaster, full size fridge freezer, gas oven and separate grill along with the dining area which seats 4 people.

The lounge has 2 comfortable sofas along with a tv, dvd player and electric fire.

There are plenty of board games and dvds.

We also have WiFi in the caravan.

We have a veranda at the front with space to relax with a drink, this is a wonderfully sunny spot, my favourite morning coffee spot.

There’s also a patio with a good, sturdy picnic bench and a bbq and a washing line in the garden

Budleigh Salterton 3 miles; Sidmouth 3 miles.

Set back from the coast among the rolling green countryside and wooded valleys of beautiful East Devon, this pretty village with its collection of traditionally thatched roofed cottages is straight from a picture postcard. Offering a quieter but no less beautiful holiday destination than the rest of the county it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind, and is just 3 miles from the Regency coastal resort towns of both Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth, and one mile from the SW Coastal Path as it meanders above the waves towards the World Heritage Site ‘Jurassic Coast’ beaches with their abundant fossils. Ladram Bay with its red-stone sea stacks is just one mile away. Inland, footpaths follow the banks of the River Otter where fox, badger and birdlife play while just down the road from the village is Bicton Park and Botanical Gardens, 60 acres of garden lovers’ paradise. For a really interesting hour or two, visit the last working flour mill on the river Otter - it’s in the village and the flour is superb. There’s much to do and see in this beautiful and unspoilt area but if you want to explore further afield, the open spaces and high tors of Dartmoor can be reached in under an hour while the Cathedral city of Exeter with its superb shopping centre, cinemas, clubs and restaurants is a mere 10 miles.
