On plus side the double bed was very comfy and great views from the caravan, everything in there that you need ..iron ironing board ,plenty of coat hangers .
On the whole apart from couple of things it was a very enjoyable stay .

I’m sorry to hear you found a deflated balloon in the bedroom. I will be sure to pass this on to the cleaners.
With regards to the cushions for the outdoor seating- there are indeed cushions for the seats they are stored in a cushion bag on the balcony. For obvious reasons the cushions are always packed away when not in use.
