On the Jurassic Coast in East Devon, Ladram Bay has everything you need on-site for a great family holiday or just enjoy the quietness and charm of the local area with coastal, country and river walks, quaint villages and rural pubs.
The river Otter runs through the lovely village of Otterton just 1 mile away.
Our caravan is sited in The Orchard.
It is number F.31 and overlooks the green field that accommodates the Sidmouth Coastal Footpath.
It consists of 1 double bedroom with king size bed, 1 twin bedroom and a double bed conversion in the lounge.
We provide pillows and duvets for all beds.
However you will need to take your own pillowslips, duvet covers and linen.
In the main bedroom there is an en suite toilet and sink.
There is also a shower room with toilet and sink.
For your entertainment there is a 40 inch flat screen digital TV with Free-view, hard-drive recorder, Blu-Ray / DVD player and CD player.
Outside there is a large sunny patio (sun all day in high season) with garden furniture, sun loungers for relaxing and dining.
Electricity is included in the cost of the caravan but gas is chargeable via a meter.
Wi-Fi is free at the entertainment complex.
Although we do not allow dogs in our caravan, if you have an allergy or aversion to dogs it is important to let you know that we have 2 small Cocker Spaniels ourselves and they join us on our caravan holidays.
Please note that our caravan is a no smoking caravan.
