“Beautiful caravan on a quiet site with a stunning coastal walk a stones through away.”

Caravan had everything supplied, lovely and spacious, beds were comfortable too. Welcome pack was a great addition and Sue's communication was great from start to finish. Would like return when weather gets better to enjoy the seating on the decking. Thanks.

“We had a fabulous stay at Rosabella, so very clean, modern, fully equipped and comfortable, great king size bed, a en-suite bathroom to die for, also has full size twin single beds in the second bedroom, comfortable lounge, large smart TV, Free WiFi, lovely large outside plastic type, but strong balcony, a private parking space.”

A very professional package and very well run by Sue. Brixham, a lovely place to visit, easy to get to the shops, beaches, golf club, zoo, and model village at Babbacombe.

“My wife and I had a wonderful week at Rosabella on the Landscove Holiday Park.”

The accommodation was exceptional and the location superb. We particularly enjoyed being able explore the coastal path, Berry Head with its Guardhouse Cafe and Brixham itself, not to mention the many lovely coves and beaches close by. If your thinking of booking this delightful holiday home you won’t be disappointed believe me!

“Wow - what an amazing caravan.”

It has everything you need and so much more. The bedrooms were extremely spacious with super comfy beds. Plenty of storage everywhere. It's located in a nice quiet spot and only a couple of minutes walk from the clubhouse and pool. After making an initial inquiry, Sue phoned me to go through all my questions and was only a couple of minutes away if we had any problems whilst we were there. She also left us a pint of milk in the fridge, some luxury crisps and biscuits and a bottle of cava which we enjoyed sitting on the beautiful veranda. If you're looking for a top of the range caravan in a beautiful part of Devon, then this is the place to go, can't recommend it highly enough.

“A superb stay: Easy 5 stars.”

We loved every second of our time here and will be returning very soon! The accommodation was so well presented, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Large double bed in the master bedroom, a huge shower in the master ensuite, loads of storage space and all the amenities one requires. Comfortable sofas and really well furnished throughout, meaning it would cater for all (old, young, families, couples, friends… even a lovely spot to ‘work from home’ given the powerful wi-fi). The lovely weather meant that we were able to sit out on the terrace to eat and drink. The check-in and comms couldn’t have been easier, and the setting is so peaceful. Walks along the coast are picturesque, and accommodate both those looking for a nice stroll, and those looking for a more ‘adventurous’ walk. The Berry Head Hotel is only a short walk away and is a superb pub / restaurant overlooking the sea. It also makes for a lovely pit stop on the way to Brixham. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend Rosabella high enough.

“We just returned home yesterday 2/07/22 having a week at the caravan.”

The accommodation is first class , everything you would want, very comfortable, clean and peaceful. Also the added bonus of a lovely bath and the single beds are of normal size, very comfortable. There is nothing negative about staying here. The only downside was the weather wasn't that great, but we managed to get out every day and only got wet once. There are some lovely coastal walks, and one in particular to the Guardsman Cafe, very nice place to have a coffee etc., and very pleasant staff. So over all our stay at Lanscove was very nice indeed. Viv - West Midlands.

The property

Our 2021 luxury, extra large 'ABI Beaumont' caravan "Rosabella," is situated on the small lovely family site of Landscove holiday park.

Rosabella is a beautiful place to relax and unwind whilst on holiday with the added bonus of being a stone's throw away from the coastal path which will take you to the stunning St Marys Bay or if you go the opposite direction it will take you to Berry head which has 360 panoramic views of Torbay. The caravan has full central heating and double glazing throughout, the extensive open plan kitchen/diner has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and a coffee machine with a large pantry cupboard to store all your kitchen necessities. Situated in the middle of the kitchen is a generous sized dining table with 4 chairs.

The lounge has two 3 seater sofas which one is a double sofa bed, also there is a smart TV to be viewed from all angles of the living area, an electric fire to keep you cosy in the cooler days and nights and blue tooth speakers in the ceiling which can be heard throughout the caravan, WI-FI is also included.

Leading off the lounge are french doors onto a decking area with furniture for the family to enjoy. Master bedroom- Includes a king size bed, 2 double mirrored wardrobes, overhead cupboard space and a dressing table and chair to get ready for the day at.

Off the master bedroom there is an extra large en-suite which includes a toilet, Jack and Jill sinks with storage, a long bath with a shower mixer attachment, and a separate large walk in shower with a rainfall shower at the side. Twin room- Has two full sized single beds, with a mirrored wardrobe and drawers, with overhead storage space and a small dressing area to get ready. Family bathroom- Includes a generous sized shower, vanity unit with storage and a toilet. There is parking for one car next to the caravan with additional parking nearby. The holiday park has undergone extensive refurbishment ready for the 2025 summer season, checkout the Park website to see the changes: www.landscoveholidays.co.uk There is also a self service launderette and shop selling locally sourced produce as well as take away coffees and ice -cream. To use some of these facilities you will need to purchase a pass from reception.

Dartmouth 5 miles; Paignton 6 miles; Torquay 8 miles.

Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet which regularly lands their catch in the harbour, Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region. A good mix of relaxation or action, to suit all ages, where you are never far from the sea.
