Mi-Casa is our luxurious and well-presented New 2022 Lamberhurst Willerby static caravan, a wonderful place to relax and unwind, ideally situated at a lovely Holiday Park in Brixham, Devon.
Fully central heated and double-glazed, our static caravan sleeps up to four people and is pet and smoke-free.
Mi-Casa comprises of a double bedroom with a double bed, built-in furniture, a dressing table with stool and a hairdryer, along with an en-suite toilet with a hand basin.
The second bedroom is a twin bedded room with two small single beds.
Quilts, pillows and bed linen are provided for both bedrooms, and they will be ready and made up for your arrival.
The family bathroom contains a shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
Bath and hand towels are also provided in the caravan.
The spacious, open plan living area is comprised of a kitchen, diner and lounge.
The lounge area has a three-seat sofa, two armchairs, a freestanding coffee table, an electric fire, a Google Dot and a TV and DVD player.
Sliding patio doors open onto the decking area.
Free Wi-Fi is also included in the price of your stay.
The dining area has a dining table with four chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, five-ring gas cooker/oven, a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and plenty of kitchen utensils and crockery.
You will also find a Hoover, mop, bucket and clothes airer.
Tea towels are provided.
A welcome starter pack of tea, coffee, milk, sugar and biscuits will also be provided.
Outside is a decking area with patio furniture and parking for one car next to the holiday home.
Additional parking is available nearby.

Landscove holiday park is now under new management.
Landscove facilities have been refurbished.
There is a new shop inside the main building.
The cove bar and kitchen serves drinks and meals.
The outdoor pool has been refurbished and has a new enclosure giving the flexibility for an indoor / outdoor pool.
To access the facilities, you will need to purchase a pass.
These are not included in the price of your stay, but can be bought from the main Reception at Landscove.
Brixham has a beautiful harbour where you can sit and relax and watch the world go by.
To walk from Mi-casa it's twenty minutes away.
By car it’s around 5 minutes.
In Brixham you will find a selection of shops, restaurants and cafés to browse as you head towards the harbour.
Landscove has direct access to the coastal path and Berry Head is only a 10-minute walk along the beautiful scenic Coastal Path.
At Berry Head you will find the Guardhouse Café.
A selection of leaflets will be available in the caravan of local attractions.
