Amazing sea views from this 35' x 20' Omar Kingfisher lodge.
The lodge has 2 bedrooms, one with king-size bed, the other two full size 3' single beds.
There is an on suite shower room off the main bedroom and a separate bathroom with a whirlpool bath.
The living accommodation is an open plan kitchen lounge diner with two sets of french doors opening onto the decking from where you can really appreciate the view and wave to the people on the steam train as it passes by.
Private WiFi is included.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and a full size fridge freezer.
There are two bedrooms, one with king size bed and ensuite shower room, the other has two 3' single beds.
Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own linen and towels.
The lodge is located at the top of the site which gives the amazing views but is also quite a steep walk if you are not driving.
There is an allocated marked parking space for the lodge.
The decking has 3 steps up to the front door but other than that it is level access from the parking area.
Due to the height of the area we have a minimum age of 8 years old for any children.
This is for the safety of young children who may not realise the dangers of climbing on the decking.
Please note the lodge is no smoking and no pets.
Finally, we charge a £75 security deposit which is refunded once the lodge has been checked after your stay.
Waterside Park is run by Park Holidays.
The park recently finished a major refurbishment of the facilities which now include an indoor swimming pool and a bar/restaurant area with an outdoor terrace.
The pool and certain entertainment will require the purchase of entertainment passes which you can get from the park's reception.

The Torbay area of Devon is a fantastic place to visit for your holiday and Waterside is perfectly placed to explore the area either by car or the bus service which stops outside the entrance to the park and takes you to Brixham, Paignton and Torquay.
If you prefer to walk the park has direct access to the coastal path from where you can walk to the beaches at Goodrington and Broadsands or explore the coves along the way.
You can also follow the path right around the bay if your feeling energetic!
