Our Lodge is 40ft x 20ft no 147 Beechwood at the Waterside Holiday Park close to Goodrington in Paignton Devon, approximately 1 mile from Goodrington Beach, 4 miles from Brixham and 4 miles from Torquay.
It has a glass balustrade along the front of the decking area with a secure gated paved patio/yard area to the side, ideal play area for children or relaxing sunbathing area with table, parasol and 4 reclining chairs with cushions.
When the sun is out the lodge give you all day long use of it as-well as shaded areas if required.
The lodge is situated at the top of the site with fantastic views of Torbay.
Has its own parking spot (although on a bit of a slope) no steps to climb with easy access, facilities are a couple of minutes walk down hill
The open plan lounge/dining room with free standing furniture, 2 x 2 seater leather electric reclining sofa's, 55” smart TV, blue ray DVD player, WI-Fi with unlimited use internet, radio, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, sliding patio doors to decking area with superb panoramic coastal views.
The Lodge has full double glazing, central heating throughout and electric fire (for the colder months) a lodge to be enjoyed throughout the year.
The lodge has two large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed, two large wardrobes, dressing table, wall mounted smart TV, en suit large walk in shower, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and bath mats.
The other bedroom has 2 full size single beds and wardrobe.
There is also a family bathroom with full size bath with shower above, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and bath mats.
Rather then sofa beds which are not as comfortable as the reclining safa's we have 2 x single folding beds.
Selection of board and card games.
Please Note - Quilts and pillows are provided, but linen is not provided, so please remember to bring your own bed linen (sheets, quilt covers and pillow cases) also towels and tea towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge freezer, dishwasher, gas hob and double oven, Air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker together with plenty of crockery, utensils, and plenty of storage space.
Electricity and gas is mains supplied so no further costs to you.
Utility room with washing machine, clothes airer, storage cupboards containing broom, mop, hoover, iron, ironing board etc.
