The property

This holiday home is located on a premium pitch with panoramic sea views of Torbay.

It has a non-slip decked area with seating, BBQ and enough surrounding grassed area for younger children to play games. The Atlas Debonair 6 is a luxury two bedroom holiday home, the master bedroom has a king sized bed with en-suite and plenty of storage.

The second bedroom has two single beds and ample cupboard space.

There is also a double sleeper couch in the lounge to accommodate 6 persons in total.

Off the hallway is a separate bathroom, shower and toilet. Bedding duvets and pillows for six people are provided.

We do NOT include duvet covers and pillow cases sets, linen and towels please bring your own or you can hire from site at Reception.

If you do hire linen, you require a kingsize duvet cover, two single bed duvet covers and double duvet cover plus bottom sheets, please return to reception when you vacate. There is a comfortable and spacious open plan lounge - dining area with table and chairs.

The lounge has two sofa seating areas to view the 50" free view smart TV and DVD player.

A Superfast INTERNET WIFI connection is included should you wish to keep up with your work on holiday or allow the kids gaming time. Coupled to the lounge is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with modern cooker, oven, hob, microwave, extractor fan, kettle, iron and toaster.

With adequate utensils you will be able to create family meals and special holiday self-catering occasions. The caravan benefits from central heating, double glazing and a central wood burner effect fire in the open plan living area. There is a wide choice of attractions and amenities within a few miles, at Torquay, Paignton, Brixham, Totnes and Dartmouth, and all can be accessed by a buses passing the top of the site every 10min in the season.

Local attractions include the steam train service from Paignton to Dartmouth, and sea and river cruises up to Totnes.

At Paignton the fun park and water flumes and two superb beaches at Goodrington and Broadsands offer hours of pleasure for children.

Information on the calendar for some of the local attractions will be found in a visitors booklet at the accommodation. The site also has its own private two Beaches 5 minutes walk from the caravan and amazing coastal walks. Waterside Holiday Park clubhouse amenities including swimming pool, fitness gym and clubhouse that can be enjoyed throughout your stay.

Chatsworth 1 mile; Bakewell 5 miles.

The pretty village of Baslow lies at the north end of stately Chatsworth House - home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire. The village has many unusual and picturesque features including a triple-arched river bridge guarded by a toll house whose doorway is only 3 1/2 feet high! Baslow offers a range of village amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants. Close by is Bakewell, the capital of the Peak District, and home of the famous Bakewell pudding (definitely not tart!), still made locally to an old and secret recipe. Bakewell is at the scenic heart of the Peak District, and with Alton Towers also within easy touring distance, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
