The location of this holiday home is perfect.
With a gated verandah, that gets the sun for most of the day, it makes a perfect place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine.

To add to the magic, the historic Dartmouth steam railway passes within sight of this well appointed holiday home.
Our holiday home is equipped to a very high standard, and offers full central heating, double glazing and a gas fire for those chillier nights.
The light and airy open plan lounge/dining room is well furnished with a comfortable corner seating area overlooking the bay, a large freeview flatscreen TV with DVD player and a 'real flame effect' fire.
We have also provided various lamps for cosy evenings in.
We cannot stand those harsh overhead lights that you always get in rental caravans.
As we use this caravan as a retreat from our own busy lives, you will find it is very homely, with a selection of DVD's, books and games for your entertainment.
Please leave these in place for future guests.
There is a Tassimo coffee machine available for guests to use (you need to provide your own coffee pods).
There is a corner dining seating area with table and two stools, which will comfortably seat your family.
The tastefully, fitted kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer.
as well as a Bosch Tassimo coffee pod machine.
All crockery, pans and cutlery are supplied.
Ample storage space is provided in the lounge and kitchen areas.
The two bedrooms and bathroom are situated at the far end of the caravan.
The fully furnished master bedroom boasts a very comfortable double size bed and spacious wardrobe and storage, as well as heating.
The large windows flood in light and give you the feeling of being incredibly close to the outdoors.
The smaller second bedroom is equipped with twin beds, fitted wardrobe, mirror and heating.
The family bathroom has a large shower cubicle, washbasin and WC with a wall mounted radiator.
Quilts and pillows are supplied for all beds.
Please supply your own linen as well as towels and toiletries.
There is a decking area outside where you can sit and and enjoy a glass of wine and take in the breathtaking sea views.
All items in the caravan are there for your use for the duration of your stay.
Up to two small well behaved dogs are welcome...but we would have to charge an extra £20 each per stay.
No smoking or naked flames of any kind is allowed anywhere in the caravan or the decking area due to the insurance restrictions.
Torquay, Paignton, Dartmouth, Brixham, Berry head and Totnes are all within a short distance from Waterside holiday park.
There are also great boat trips around the bay, and a local bus can be caught, which goes to Paignton, Torquay and Brixham.
Waterside holiday park has three local beaches within easy walking distance.
We do NOT provide any entertainment passes for guests, but passes can be purchased for a small charge at reception on arrival.
This also covers the use of the Sister site in Brixham.
