    Caravan and hosts were brilliant! Easy to contact and very helpful, Everything you needed and more. Outside veranda was a fab size for the dog to. Lovely quiet site. Close to Paignton Brixham and Dartmouth. We had a lovely stay, we didn’t want to leave! Thank you :)

WELCOME TO "OLIVE TREE", our Willerby Skye, 2 bedroom Gold+ standard Holiday Home, that we have owned since new, situated on a level flat plot with easy access via the decking and with parking available immediately in front.

Providing accommodation for up to 4 guests, our Home consists of a spacious open plan living & kitchen area, King size Master bedroom, twin 2nd bedroom, bathroom, plus extensive outdoor secure gated & well furnished decking area.

With an Adjacent Holiday Home only on one side (furthest away from the door & decking) plus over 5 metres away, we are ideally located to easily facilitate Privacy & Social Distancing easily, even whilst enjoying the spacious decking. ? Olive Tree is able to cater for holiday needs across the seasons. For the Spring & Summer the extensive and well furnished secure decking will allow you to add an outdoor dimension to your living. Whilst in Autumn & Winter the Double Glazing & Central Heating throughout the home, will ensure you can be cosy, snug and comfortable to relax indoors.? Being privately owned and managed, we are able to maintain our Holiday Home to an extremely high standard, whilst offering great customer service from initial enquiry all the way through to refund of Security Deposit following departure and even booking a subsequent stay.? ? With colour coordination throughout, across fixtures, fittings, furnishings & carpets, our Brand New home has a very modern look and comfortable, relaxing feel to it.

The colour scheme is continued across the kitchen accessories, table wear and soft furnishings we have provided within our home.? The facilities the home offers, will allow you to undertake a variety of dining & entertaining options, including & depending on season, utilising the decking from breakfast through to a nightcap at sunset, cooking a full meal or something less adventurous, serving food from the variety of local take-aways (within walking distance), dining inside at the dining table or out on the decking, a Gin & Tonic out relaxing on the decking watching the sun set, an evening in watching TV, a DVD or maybe even a board game, a glass of warmed mulled wine snuggled on the sofas watching a film.

This provides c70% additional floor space to the home itself, as well as a safe & secure space for both younger children as well as our dog guests.

Positioning means it attracts sun throughout the day.? Our decking area is furnished with a rattan dining table and cushioned chairs, an "L" shaped rattan cushioned sofa and footstool, plus sun parasol.

A folding butlers table is available for outdoor use.

To complement the appearance, the home & decking area is surrounded by a full skirt.? INTERNAL LIVING AREA (Carpeted):? With 3 large windows, across 2 sides.

An "L" shape sofa, easily seating at least 6 adults.

Free standing oblong dining table & upholstered seating.

Remote controlled wall mounted electric log effect fire, 32" HD SMART TV (Freeview included) with separate DVD player, DAB Radio.
