    “We have stayed in this caravan several times .”

    This time wow even better . A huge welcome pack tea coffee hot choc sugar biscuits. Toilet rolls ( posh ones ) ! Shower and body wash hand wash moisturiser room spray all M and S . The caravan has had a bit of a makeover too new curtains and rug . The kitchen is very well equipped too . There is salt pepper ,oil and several other bits aswell as plenty of pots and pans , plates , cups and glasses. . We love that it is right on the end with perfect sea views and the steam train goes right past ...

The property

123 Waterside is a 2018 static caravan on a prime pitch with stunning uninterrupted sea views, directly overlooking the SW Coastal Path.

The caravan has a double bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, and a further shower room. The comfortable living room has 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for one adult or 2 small children, and a TV and DVD player. The kitchen/diner is well equipped for 6, and there is a selection of board games and local maps.

There is extensive decking to the front and side of the caravan with dining table and chairs for 6, reclining chairs, and loungers. There are stunning uninterrupted views of the bay towards Brixham and Torbay and the Dartmouth Steam Train can be seen passing in front of the holiday park during the summer months.

The caravan will be ready made up with all bedding and towels included. The kitchen includes tea towels, all washing up essentials, a selection of tea and coffee, cooking oil and condiments. Please inquire about short bookings.

Situated in the centre of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay, Paignton is one of South Devon's premier seaside resorts. Boasting long sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour, this charming town also plays host to a wonderful selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants. The town makes a fantastic base from which to explore the English Riviera and its surrounding attractions, also featuring a renowned zoo and sea life centre. Nearby, Torquay is equally as vibrant with an array of excellent shopping opportunities, fascinating museums, and numerous parks and gardens.
