With a nice view of Dawlish Warren and the sea in the distance, from the sun kissed veranda, and good shielding/ privacy given by a walnut tree. We have had lovely hot weather, so the tree was a relief at certain times of the day. We cooed at a couple of cats that wandered past looking for squirrels (we are cat and dog lovers) We had a very short walk to the train station and bus stop (5- 10 minutes), which we utilised to get across Devon. Ideal for walkers and people that rely on public transport. There are about 4 convenience grocery shops nearby and plenty of kiosks and takeaways, I would definitely recommend this van.
