“Beautiful, clean and welcoming caravan.”
The owner contacted us by phone just over a week prior to us visiting the van to introduce herself and to give all details and ask if we had any questions or concerns about our upcoming vacation which was lovely as it made us feel valued as a customer.
On arrival there was a ‘welcome hamper’ .

Great position on the site as it was far enough away from the main entertainment as we like it quiet but only a small walk to access it if that is what you do like.
Nice short walk to the beach, attractions and train station. There is also a bus stop close to the site so you don’t have to use your car if you don’t wish to.
We also liked the fact that a lot of the vans had people living there all year and they were very friendly and made us feel welcome, even the lady who cleans the caravan made herself known to us which was lovely.
Overall, this has been the nicest experience we have had and that is down to excellent communication and a feeling of the owner wanting everything to be right as she asked for feedback and if we felt she needed to improve anything as she wanted us to have a lovely, relaxing holiday, which we did.
