“1st time in devon for me and my family ,claire reassured me things would be ok ,turned out better ,loved the caravan ,it felt so homely ,it was near every thing ,i took 4 grandkiddies and they loved the games and nintendo what was in caravan ,the caravan caters for all ages .”

It was spacious ,clean and comftable ,and the plus side it had a washer which was great for my daughter in law with having a 2 year old ,every thig you need for your holiday is right there in caravan including buckets n spades n comfort ,claire was a telephone call away if i needed advice ,

“We’ve just got back from Devon cliffs.”

Lovely caravan no problems lovely and clean and all you could possibly need. WiFi is a bonus as have autistic son, kids games and puzzles were a Bonus. Lovely sea view. Claire was quick too message back when needed. Will def be returning. Thanks Claire

“We have just returned from a amazing holiday in this amazing caravan, situated in a very good area of the park.”

The caravan was spotless on arrival and all beds made with a welcome pack, we have had the luxury of Sky TV, dishwasher and washing machine, even all the appliances are top notch. Would recommend this amazing caravan to anyone and hope to return in the near future. thank you Claire.

“We have stayed in lots of caravans over the years and by far this has been the best one.”

The extra bedroom is a god send with 6 kids. Lots of games and toys for the kids. The kitchen has all you will need, and a good sized TV and selection of channels. Would recommend the caravan and the haven site as first class.

“Absolutely great location on Devon cliffs, shops close by and restaurants near us with so many choices.”

The place is so clean and the extra bonus is having the choice of heating if feel chilly later in spring evening and air conditioning to cool us down on the most beautiful sunny hot week we had. The beach was great the pool was fun and the most beautiful thing we wnjoyed was sitting on the balcony watching the lights come on in a beautiful led blue lights. Claire knows how to make your stay so great xxx even a washing machine for us to use and a dishwasher . Thank you for a fantastic stay claire

“This lovely caravan is in the perfect location between the entertainment facilities and the beach, especially for those with walking difficulties like my mum.”

The air conditioning they have is lovely in the warm weather and the two toilets was a bonus for a large family. There is also a nice outside seating area to enjoy the dry warm weather which catches the sun all day. The caravan has all the facilities you will need, we had a great holiday. Thanks.

“We enjoyed staying in this caravan, lots of videos to watch and sky tv was really good.”

It was a short walk down a path to the start of the path which descends to the beach. We didn’t go down to the beach as it was to steep a climb for my elderly mother but she loved looking at the sea from the top. The rooms with the twin beds were a little tight on space but to be expected as it had 4 bedrooms, also got a little chilly as we went late September but there was extra heaters. The caravan supplied a big sized slow cooker and a George Forman grill the biggest I ever saw so real handy if a large family stayed. There was not much cupboard space to store food but there was only two of us so not a problem for us. The entrance into the caravan had 3 steps the first which was a little high so my elderly mother struggled with that so if you have mobility issues it not so great but other than that everything was fine. I would be happy to rent the caravan if I was in the area again. The communication with the owners were very good they even checked on our well being by text when they heard there had been a power cut in the area but thankfully it was not on the site.

We hope to see you return in the future and see the changes we will have made over the next few months for the 2021 season, it can get a little chilly but with double glazing be installed in October we are hoping will make a difference. Strictly no pets or smoking Our luxury caravan is located in the perfect place on the corner of Fir Close with grass surroundings and view of the sea from the full wrap around veranda.

The veranda has a secured gate with steps up to the veranda to access main door and with a second door at the other end for a safe and enclosed area for children to play safely.

With seating for children and adults to enjoy the veranda and views of the sea at any time of the day to the evening sunsets. Large lounge area with corner seating with a pull out sofa bed, large flat screen TV with Sky, Wii and games, DVD player and small selection of DVDs. Dining area with 4 chairs and a highchair.

Kitchen consists of gas cooker, microwave, kettle, small dishwasher, fridge and freezer, utensils and cutlery.

Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet and has a second bathroom with sink and toilet. Master bedroom with double bed, 3 twin rooms and plenty of storage in all rooms.

Storage cupboard with boiler and ironing board near the main door.

Outdoor locked storage stores washing machine in with bucket and spades for the beach that we ask you to kindly return after use. We hope you will enjoy your stay as much as we do when we come to stay and use our home from home caravan and the beautiful park its situated on.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction.
