Patio doors leading out onto the secure front decking which has rattan table and chairs.
On the decking there are some great sea views.
The caravan is located on Juniper Close on a large corner pitch with sea views from the decking.
The location is great, it’s roughly halfway between the main complex and the beach so less than 5 minutes’ walk to either the beach or main complex.
The caravan is fully double glazed, it has central heating with a wireless Hive thermostat so it won’t be cold in the colder months, plus you can easily keep the caravan at the desired temperature.
This is our family caravan, there will be children’s books, games, toys and DVD’s, there’s also a selection of DVD’s for adults and board games which guests are welcome to use, all we ask is that these are looked after and put back after use.
We also provide an iron, hoover, sweeping brush, mop and bucket.
As well as the things mentioned above the following things are also included to make your stay/packing with children easier
Travel cot, bed guard, highchair, plastic cups, plates, bowls and cutlery for children.
There’s also a large metal outdoor shed where there will be a selection of outdoor toys kept in for guests to use, this is the shed closest to the main door at the side of the caravan.
This can also be used to keep any of your bulky items in during your say.
Wi-Fi, this is included free of charge and is unlimited, but we do not/can not guarantee the speeds, due to caravans having no phone line, this is provided through the mobile phone network, when the park is quiet this can achieve good speeds, when the park is busy the speeds can/do go very slow.
This is provided completely free of charge and is mainly designed to allow guests to keep in touch with friends/family, browse the internet/Facebook and so on, not for multiple people streaming T.V.
The caravan comes with duvets and pillows for the beds but you must bring your own bottom sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases.
Please do not forget to bring towels, dish cloths, loo roll, kitchen rolls, soaps and your personal essentials.
The keys for the caravan will be in a key safe on the caravan and you will be issued with the key code before check in.
Arrival from 3pm and departure 10am.
We don’t allow pets and no smoking or vaping inside the caravan.
We do not supply entertainment passes- If you require passes these can be bought directly from Haven reception once you arrive.
