LOUNGE: The lounge is fitted with comfortable fixed seating and has a Flat screen TV, DVD, and Free view player.

There is also a sofa bed, providing additional bedding for 2.

From the lounge you also have good sea views. KITCHEN & DINING AREA: The modern kitchen is fully equipped which includes full size gas cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and utensils to cater for the family on your holiday.

The dining area is comfortable with fixed seating pus stools. BEDROOMS: This accommodation has two bedrooms, one spacious double with ample room for a travel cot, double size bed, TV, fitted wardrobe and en-suite toilet.

Quilts and pillows are supplied, linen can be hired from the on-site hire shop. BATHROOM & TOILET: The shower room has a shower, toilet, wash basin and radiator.

The caravan benefits from an en-suite toilet and wash basin. HEATING: There is full central heating throughout. LINEN: Linen can be hired at an additional cost. DISTANCE TO MAIN AMENITIES; approx. 7 to 9-minute walk. NON-SMOKING: Non-smoking.

We will charge additional cleaning costs if any guest smokes in the caravan.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset.
