“What an absolute delight!”

Beautiful, spacious, clean accommodation. Spectacular seaviews. Weather not brilliant but the view completely made up for it. Will definitely book again. Recommend to all.

“As honest as it gets!”

View - 11/10, unbelievable, if you're lucky enough to get the weather like we did for a few days, like being abroad. Cleanliness of the lodge itself - 6/10. Cobwebs in almost every corner, dead midges surrounding cobwebs in corners of every window, aswell as on balcony. Main bedroom with the most uncomfortable bed, quilts look like they've never been changed in years, same with pillows. Modern looking lodge, spacious for our family of 3, really quiet location, 10 minute uphill walk back from main facility area. Overall fairly happy, just let down by lazy cleaning and poor bed/bedding.

“We had an amazing holiday at this stunning caravan.”

Easily the best caravan I’ve stayed in with regards to site location and interior. The owner has fit the caravan out very stylishly and you have plenty of room. The views out to sea are uninterrupted. Devon Cliffs holiday park has plenty to do for families, it’s our second visit to this site, we did 7 nights which was just perfect.

Fixtures & fittings were really good and nothing seemed to be worn or outdated. Perfect location on the cliff top. Really clean and quiet park. Would definitely think about hiring this caravan again.

Had a leak when we arrived which prevented us using the oven for the first 2 days. But was eventually sorted out. Caravan was clean. Only thing lacking was a few decorative items to make it more homely. I'm not one for clutter or trinkets but it was very bare. But on the whole fab week. Would definitely stay again! ????

The caravan was lovely. The views were beautiful overlooking the sea. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and thankfully the weather was nice. The caravan was comfortable and well equipped and our dog loved it. It was slightly dusty but overall it was of good standard. We would definitely recommend and come again.

“We had a great 4 night stay here.”

Lovely facility with everything you need and nicely designed/layed out inside. Beautiful view looking out onto the sea (you’d do well to find better) and secluded decking to keep the dog from escaping. Only recommendation would be to include Wi-Fi code within the information pack provided but we had good communication from the owner to sort this. Highly recommend and will definitely look to rebook here.

Shame we couldn't stay for 2 weeks. Location is lovely, Exmouth is very nice, plenty of places to eat and cater for the dogs, plus there is a dog friendly beach. Only slight issue, and is only slight, could do with a vacuum.

This Diamond Lodge was absolutely spotlessly clean. The views are one of the best we have stayed in. Quite a steep hill to walk back from the main complex but even our parents 79 and 77 found it ok and want to stay here again. Absolutely perfect ????

It is located on a front row pitch on Cedars area.

The views from this caravan are stunning and uninterrupted due to being front row pitch in this sought after location. The accommodation comprises of high quality fixtures and fittings including washing machine and dishwasher.

There is also en-suite to master bedroom with bath. Fully double glazed and central heated, front opening French double doors on to gated veranda. Lounge - There is ample contemporary free standing sofa and 2 arm chairs, flat screen TV, with upholstered pouffe and electric fire. Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with integrated full size fridge/freezer, microwave, gas hob, cooker and extractor fan.

All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans.

Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.

There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a centre island allowing extra space for storage and utilising work top space. Dining Area - Is spacious with free-standing table and chairs. Bedrooms - There are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a 5ft divan bed, vanity desk and wardrobe.

There is a tv.

There is an en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom which features a wc, sink and bath.

The twin bedroom has single beds, wardrobe and tv. All bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows. Please bring your own linen, tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc. Bathroom - Fully fitted double shower with glass sliding door, toilet and wash basin. Veranda - Wrap around gated veranda with table and chairs with gate.

Stunning seaviews. Situation - The caravan is situated on Cedars with its own dedicated parking space. This accommodation does allow well behaved dogs. Sorry no smoking allowed in this caravan.
